Variation Of Production Relations:Generation And Correction Of Capture Behavior In Cooperatives

Since the development of China’s farmers’ professional cooperative movement,cooperatives have become an important means of current rural economic construction,and the development of cooperatives has become the consensus of rural grassroots.However,the development benefits brought by the cooperative in the process of development have deviated from the goal of assistance.Specifically,the rural elites enjoy most of the dividends of the cooperative,while the grassroots farmers lack of harvest,resulting in the phenomenon of "elite capture",and the academic research on this phenomenon is endless.Existing researches mostly follow the research paradigm of classical economics and understand the phenomenon of capture as opportunistic behavior driven by economic rationality.In addition,more and more scholars find that not only elite capture exists,but also grassroots farmers capture cooperatives,which is also emphasized and analyzed in this paper.This paper just jumps out of the mainstream classical economics theoretical research paradigm and looks at the capture phenomenon of cooperatives from the perspective of power of Marxist political economy.Through literature review,this paper points out that there are two limitations of "agnosticism" and "nowhere to find" in the cognitive dimension of the current theoretical research on capture behavior in the academic circle.And on the basis of marxist political economics perspective,power production relation analysis framework is established,from the "power relations-power configuration-power structure"three perspectives to explore cooperative power behind the behavior of internal economic perspective,starting from the basic power,multiple main body of the right to explore cooperative game,combined with case analysis,Dynamic analysis of cooperatives "subject right separation","rights wrestling","cooperatives production relations change" these three processes.Then it summarizes the limitations and rationality of elite capture and grassroots capture from the political and economic dimensions,forms a comprehensive interpretation of cooperative capture behavior,and conducts targeted reflection.Finally,from the actual party construction leading the measures of the host cooperatives summarized and refined,in view of the capture of cooperatives phenomenon proposed solutions.
