Multi-attribute decision making is an important branch of modern decision science and has been applied in many fields,such as social enterprise,military,engineering and so on.However,with the development of multi-attribute decision-making,it may be difficult to obtain accurate evaluation information during the decision-making process due to the complexity and fuzzy uncertainty of the real situation,which is difficult for traditional decision science to deal with.The birth of the fuzzy set theory provides a powerful processing tool for this situation,and then on the basis of the fuzzy sets and the intuitionistic fuzzy sets,the picture fuzzy sets are proposed to deal with more fuzzy and uncertain information.The picture fuzzy sets consider membership,neutrality,and non-membership at the same time,and can describe this fuzzier information.T-spherical fuzzy set is an extension of picture fuzzy set,which allows the sum of the membered,neutral,and nonmembership to the power of q not to exceed 1.At present,the research on the picture fuzzy sets and the T-spherical fuzzy sets has just started.This paper is based on the original research,from the following methods:(1)Consider the problem of attribute weight in picture blur and T-spherical blur environment.In the decision-making process,the weight information of attributes cannot be obtained or is partially unknown.Therefore,certain technical means are needed to determine the weight information of attributes.In this paper,the dispersion maximization and the CCSD methods are used to construct a nonlinear programming model to determine the attribute weight information.Both the dispersion maximization and the CCSD methods can deal with the situation that the attribute weight information is completely unknown or partially unknown.(2)Consider the solution sorting problem under the picture fuzzy environment.In the decision-making process,certain technical means are needed to select the optimal or noninferior alternatives.This paper proposes a method to compare picture fuzzy numbers,and combines the ARAS method,VIKOR method and picture fuzzy set to select the optimal alternative under the picture fuzzy environment.(3)Consider the multi-attribute group decision-making problem under the fuzzy picture environment.In the group decision-making problem,the difficulty lies in how to gather the expert’s decision-making evaluation information accurately and effectively.In this paper,the D-S evidence theory is used to represent the picture fuzzy set,and the D-S evidence theory is used to aggregate the decision evaluation information of different experts.The picture fuzzy set is also combined with the multiple attribute decision making method EDAS to select the optimal alternative.(4)Consider the problem of scheme ranking in T-spherical fuzzy environment.In this paper,the CCSD method is used to determine the attribute weight information in the Tspherical fuzzy environment,and the T-spherical fuzzy set is combined with the COPRAS method to select the optimal alternative.This method is used to evaluate the maximization and minima of the index value,and considers the effect of maximizing and minimizing the attribute index on the result evaluation,respectively. |
