Customers are the most fundamental existence for the survival and development of enterprises.Enterprises without customers will not survive in the market,let alone develop.The existence of customers means the existence of customer relationships.The harmony of customer relationships directly affects the whole process of customer product purchase and product use.With the continuous improvement of social informatization,customer relationship management system based on customer data is accepted and used by more and more enterprises.In the process of enterprise application,customer relationship management generally aims at achieving the efficiency of enterprise customer relationship management and improving enterprise efficiency.In the process of customer relationship management with the goal of improving enterprise benefits,customer classification,customer maintenance and customer retention are all based on creating more enterprise benefits.The enterprise benefits brought by customer relationship management under the guidance of this ideology are more immediate benefits and customer profits,and it is easy to ignore customer growth benefits.The enterprise benefit is the sum of all the benefits created by customers for the enterprise,including the profit generated by product purchase,brand effect,word of mouth effect,customer referral,etc.This paper chooses the application of conscience in customer relationship management of insurance companies as the research direction,starts with the practice of customer relationship management of insurance companies,analyzes the current customer relationship management concepts,systems and methods of insurance companies,and finds out the problems in the current customer relationship management process of insurance companies.Introduce the concept of "to extend the innate moral knowing",and clarify the insurance company’s customer view,customer relationship view,enterprise interest view and customer relationship management system view from the perspective of "to extend the innate moral knowing".Finally,an insurance company customer relationship management model with "to extend the innate moral knowing" as the core concept and modern customer relationship management theory as the theoretical guidance was formed,that is,how the insurance company and insurance agent "to extend the innate moral knowing" in the process of insurance company customer relationship management.
