Research On The Valuation Of Enterprises In The Digital Economy

With the rapid development of the era of big data,the "14th Five-Year Plan" big data industry development plan proposes that by 2025,the estimated scale of China’s big data industry will exceed 3 trillion yuan,and a modern big data industrial system with strong innovation,high added value,and independent and controllable will basically take shape.However,due to the special value composition and business model of big data enterprises,the asset appraisal industry has always lacked a systematic value evaluation method for big data enterprises,which has caused certain constraints on the investment and financing of big data enterprises and the implementation of corporate strategies such as mergers.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable digital economy value evaluation system is of great significance to the development of China’s digital economy enterprises.At present,the research of domestic scholars on the value assessment of digital economy enterprises mostly focuses on the value measurement of data assets as intangible assets,and adopts traditional value assessment methods such as income method,cost method and market comparison method for value assessment.With the advent of the "big data era",digital economy enterprises will play an increasingly important role,which requires the value assessment process to be more accurate,more scientific and more reasonable,combined with the characteristics of digital economy enterprises,adjust the traditional valuation methods to build a valuation model,so that the model can be effectively applied to actual enterprises,help enterprises achieve value enhancement,thereby guiding the development of digital economy industry.This paper first sorts out the relevant research literature at home and abroad,elaborates the theory of enterprise value and value valuation,analyzes the applicability of traditional value assessment methods,and puts forward the limitations and problems of traditional methods used by digital economy enterprises.Secondly,by defining the definition and classification of digital economy enterprises,the characteristics of digital economy industries are further analyzed,so as to construct a value evaluation model of digital economy enterprises.Finally,by selecting representative enterprises in 15 sub-industries of digital enterprises,the effectiveness of the two value evaluation models is analyzed.Through the improvement of the relevant valuation model,this paper makes up for the shortcomings in the basic model and makes the revised valuation model more scientific.For different types of digital economy enterprises,the improved model is used for valuation analysis to obtain the effectiveness of the model.This paper hopes that the research on the value assessment method of big data enterprises can improve and promote the theory and method of big data enterprise value evaluation,and then have reference significance for investor investment,enterprise decision-making and industry development.
