Scenario Analysis Of Under-safety Performance Of SD Supermarket Based On Fuzzy Cognitive Map

The changing international situation and the high risks of the domestic market,coupled with the new crown pneumonia sweeping the world in 2020,have severely threatened the business safety of retail companies,which are important market players in my country.As an important component of the retail industry,supermarkets have complex operating procedures,diverse product structures,and high difficulty in management and control,which exacerbates business risks and hinders the sound development of enterprises.In this context,this paper takes the safe operation of supermarkets as the main research direction.By introducing the case of the fresh food department of SD supermarket chains in my country,the existing operation problems are analyzed in detail,and the three typical problems of high inventory,high loss and low gross profit are analyzed.The "under-safety" scenario focuses on analyzing the causes and putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper mainly uses the fuzzy cognition map and the balanced scorecard.By issuing questionnaires to the employees at all levels of the SD supermarket fresh food department,the data is obtained and the fuzzy cognition map model is made to analyze the mechanism of problem performance.The specific steps are as follows: Firstly,by analyzing the existing operating conditions of SD supermarkets,constructing a targeted comprehensive evaluation system for safety operations,and further dividing the comprehensive index system into inventory system,loss system,and gross profit through a three-dimensional analysis of inventory,loss and gross profit.There are three types of systems;secondly,data are collected by issuing questionnaires,and the concept node values and relationship matrices under the three dimensions are determined in a self-established manner,and then the data is revised through a combination of factor analysis and expert evaluation to draw three The fuzzy cognitive map model under the dimension;finally,according to the fuzzy cognitive map model,the scenarios of high inventory,high loss and low margin are analyzed,so as to put forward targeted improvement suggestions for the safe operation of SD supermarkets.This paper attempts to combine the fuzzy cognitive map with corporate performance from an innovative perspective that is different from the previous corporate safety management perspective,and enriches the content of previous retail corporate safety management research by further dividing the three dimensions of inventory,loss and gross profit;In addition,this paper combines the balanced scorecard with the fuzzy cognitive map model,which not only uses the traditional static performance evaluation system of the enterprise,but also combines the dynamic evaluation performance of the fuzzy cognitive map,making the analysis process more flexible,objective and accurate,Has certain guiding significance to the development of retail enterprises.
