Research On The Influence Of Proactive Personality On Entrepreneurial Behavior Within Internet Enterprises

Faced with the new market competition environment,internet companies are no longer limited to simple technological innovation,but aim to enhance their comprehensive competitiveness and guide employees to carry out various forms of internal entrepreneurial practice activities.Research has found that employees,as internal entrepreneurs,actively identify entrepreneurial opportunities,initiate internal entrepreneurial initiatives,and put them into practice,which has become an important method for internet companies to explore new paths for development.Therefore,for internet companies,it is of great significance to identify potential internal entrepreneurs within the vast organizational system,utilize their certain characteristics to stimulate their internal entrepreneurial willingness,and promote effective innovation and entrepreneurship activities within the organization.Based on this,this article is based on social learning theory and motivation theory.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 388 employees of internet companies to obtain first-hand data.SPSS25.0 and AMOS22.0 software were used to test and analyze the model and hypotheses,exploring the relationship between employees’ proactive personality and entrepreneurial behavior within internet companies,To study the role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy of employees in Internet enterprises in the relationship between proactive personality and internal entrepreneurial behavior,so as to solve the problems that still need to be solved in the theory of human resource management and entrepreneurial behavior.This article can draw the following conclusions: firstly,the proactive personality of internet enterprise employees has a significant positive impact on internal entrepreneurial behavior;Secondly,the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of Internet enterprise employees has a predictive effect on internal entrepreneurial behavior,and has a significant positive impact on internal entrepreneurial behavior;Third,the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of Internet enterprise employees plays a mediating role in the positive impact of proactive personality on internal entrepreneurial behavior.This paper focuses on the internal entrepreneurial behavior of employees in Internet enterprises,studies the positive impact of employees’ individual level initiative personality on internal entrepreneurial behavior,and explores the impact of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on internal entrepreneurial behavior.Attempting to supplement the theory of internal entrepreneurship in internet companies and provide insights into the organizational management of internal entrepreneurial activities through the study of the relationship between employee proactive personality and internal entrepreneurial behavior in internet companies.
