| With the rapid and stable development of the national economy,the scale of China’s logistics industry has also continued to expand,but the industry’s position is at the end,and the objective situation of the development of the manufacturing and trade industry has not improved.In addition,internal and external adverse factors such as low industry access thr eshold,widespread disorderly competition,poor management and operation ability,and low level of informatization have seriously affected the healthy development of the industry.In this case,all kinds of risks faced by the logistics industry also increase and have uncertainty.The diversification and complexity of business risks have had a huge impact on the development of the industry.As a logistics enterprise,how to change ideas,actively analyze,seek countermeasures,and respond quickly is the key to the sust ainable and healthy development.This paper selects C logistics company,which is representative in the logistics industry,as the research object.First of all,this paper has collected and sorted out some research topics and achievements of domestic and fore ign experts,scholars and some well-known entrepreneurs about the operational risk of logistics enterprises in recent years,and has carried out scientific identification and evaluation of the operational risk of logistics enterprises,and has made a further summary of the basic theories involved.Secondly,based on the analysis of the operation and development of C Logistics Company in the past three years from the operating income,gross profit,total investment,gross profit rate and other indicators,the change trend of the operation of C Logistics Company in the past three years is obtained,and the current situation of risk management and control is analyzed in detail in combination with the operation situation.Thirdly,through field investigation and research on the operation and management of C Logistics Company,the combination of expert investigation method,flow chart analysis method and fault tree analysis method is adopted to identify various risks encountered or generated in the operation of C Logistics Company,and analyze the specific contents and identification results of business risks from multiple aspects;Then,the expert evaluation method and risk matrix method are used to establish the operation risk evaluation system of C Logistics Company to evaluat e the identified risks.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive risk analysis and assessment,the paper puts forward measures and suggestions for reference and improvement measures for some exposed weak links according to the level of risk.Through the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative analysis and other methods,the author deeply explored the management and control of C logistics company’s business risk,introduced the risk identification,risk analysis,risk assessment,risk response and risk prevention measures in business risk management,and boldly explored the risk prevention and control of the logistics industry.The author concluded that C logistics company should achieve long-term development and solve the typical problems in risk prevention and control,We must re-examine the existing business risks of the enterprise,formulate feasible rectification measures for high,middle and low risks,and establish a relatively complete risk prevention and control system.The research on operational risk prevention and control of C logistics company has very important practical significance for improving the international position and market competitiveness of China’s logistics enterprises and promoting the high-quality sustainable development of logistics enterprises,which will provide a certain experience for the identification and control of operational risk in relevant industries. |
