The overall development of China’s macro economy smoothly,the third industry to provide more convenient service for urban and rural residents,as people income continues to grow,to financial demand is increasing.Construction to perfect the basic network communication technology,widely used smart phones,mobile Internet expansion of 4 g and 5 g frontier communication technology innovation,the Internet of things,the development of the new technology of artificial intelligence,machine learning,consumer finance become the new trend of development of the Internet.Consumer finance refers to the Internet via smartphones,personal computer,multifunctional bracelet watch a variety of hardware such as smart devices and indirect contact channels through the network,use of consumer finance products.2018 years later,as the market competition and government regulatory requirements,slowing consumer finance development.At the end of 2019,countries are a 2019 outbreak of the new champions league,seriously affect the sales of the consumer finance business line branch.C consumer finance companies has also weakened in customer acquisition,affect the company strategy development and daily operations.Based on scene theory,on the basis of summary and review of previous scholars research,based on literature research,statistical analysis,the actual research methods to explore,to C company as object of case study,analysis the influence factors of consumer finance companies access to online customers.By using data processing software of SPSS to deal with the questionnaire data and relevant test and regression model analysis,to explore various interaction relationship between the variables.Study found that online consumer financial products online client type,function,customer information security and application interface design and the interests of the consumer perception of a significant positive correlation;Consumer perception of the customer purchase intention have significant positive correlation.According to the result of the data,in view of the C consumer finance companies get customer problems,put forward to optimize the scene layout,rich scene entrance,improve user perception,activate the high-frequency scenario,develop diverse customer base,especially in the mobile Internet,and to optimize the design of the mobile application,to protect customer information security trading,combine scene marketing online customer acquisition scheme.
