| With the leapfrog development of social economy and the major transformation of the principal contradiction,people’s pursuit of a happy life is increasingly urgent,and tourism has become a happy industry with remarkable characteristics of The Times.Under the double background of the rapid development of experience economy and the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry,theme parks,relying on their personalized,immersive and diverse tourism experience functions and compound tourism product attributes,have become the favored and sought after leisure vacation tourism products in the market.In theme parks,the direct or indirect interaction between tourists is a common phenomenon.Will the direct or indirect interaction between tourists affect the quality of tourism experience and the happiness of tourists? What about the influence path? Existing studies have not explored the mechanism of the influence of tourist interaction in theme park context on tourist happiness.Based on this,this study constructed a theoretical model of "tourist-to-tourist interaction — — tourism experience quality——tourists’ happiness" in theme park context to analyze the internal relationship mechanism between tourist interaction and tourist happiness.On the basis of existing literature achievements at home and abroad,this study comprehensively uses literature analysis,expert interview,questionnaire,statistical analysis,and social exchange theory,hierarchy of needs theory,S-O-R theory to build a framework model of "tourist-to-tourist interaction——tourism experience quality——tourists’ happiness".In order to verify the hypothesis model of this study,Taking Wuhan Happy Valley Theme Park as a case study,407 questionnaires were obtained through a combination of online and offline methods,and SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 were used to conduct an empirical analysis of the obtained questionnaire data.The results showed that:(1)Helping behavior and social interaction significantly positively affected the quality of travel experience;(2)Helping behavior and social interaction had a significant positive effect on tourists’ happiness;(3)Tourism experience quality has a significant positive impact on tourists’ happiness,and plays a partial mediating role between helping behavior and tourists’ happiness,as well as between social interaction and tourists’ happiness.Based on the empirical analysis results,this paper provides sustainable development suggestions for the management of theme parks and other similar scenic spots:(1)Innovate product forms to facilitate positive interaction;(2)Create a good atmosphere and enhance the tourism experience;(3)Connecting online and offline,building interactive platforms.Finally,combined with the limitations of the research,the future research is prospected. |
