| In the context of globalization,competition in the manufacturing market is becoming increasingly fierce.Under the influence of the modern market economy system,logistics management has become the "third profit point" of enterprises and an effective way to reduce costs and increase revenue.In particular,the construction and application of production logistics systems not only affect internal cost control,but also directly affect the quality and production cycle of manufactured products,which is the key to whether an enterprise can seize a place in future market competition.HW Enterprise is a comprehensive bearing enterprise that has developed a relatively complete production logistics system over many years.However,in the specific production process,issues such as inefficient personnel management and insufficient process integration have resulted in the unstable and inefficient operation of the production logistics system,leading to increased production and operating costs as well as product quality issues that affect the development of the enterprise.Based on this,this study takes HW Enterprise as the research object,and proposes specific optimization goals and plans for the current state and deficiencies of its bearing production logistics system,with the aim of improving the efficiency and quality of enterprise production.This article first adopts literature research to collect and organize literature materials related to production logistics systems at home and abroad,introduces the concept of production logistics systems,summarizes JIT production theory,multi-objective programming theory,particle swarm algorithm,ant colony algorithm,etc.,and provides theoretical support for the research in the following text.Secondly,the current operation status of HW Enterprise’s bearing production logistics system is comprehensively introduced,pointing out the deficiencies in its production logistics system operation,including inefficient personnel management,insufficient flexibility in production process connection,the need for improvement in production logistics quality,unreasonable workshop layout,and other issues.Based on the JIT production theory,the demand for optimization of the bearing production logistics system is proposed,which includes the lowest logistics cost,the shortest production cycle,and the best production quality.Then,based on SLP theory,the workshop layout optimization scheme design for HW Enterprise is carried out.Subsequently,the multi-objective programming method is used to construct the optimization theoretical model of the bearing production logistics system of HW Enterprise,and the particle swarm-ant colony combination algorithm is used to solve the model,and the optimal solution for the bearing production logistics system optimization suitable for HW Enterprise is obtained.Finally,the rationality and effectiveness of the optimization scheme are analyzed and verified through the comparison of real production data before and after the optimization.The research in this article is conducive to the comprehensive optimization of HW Enterprise’s bearing production logistics system,improving the efficiency and quality of bearing production while ensuring production quality.It also has a certain guiding and reference role for other bearing production enterprises to optimize their production logistics systems. |
