Build tourism with culture and highlight culture with tourism.Humanistic tourism can meet the needs of tourists for the cognition of nature and humanity.As the demand for human tourism is gradually booming,it has become a new lifestyle and a new topic to improve the development of cultural tourism.Places of historic figures and cultural heritage is the main point of human tourism,and shaping of the image of human landscape tourism destination is of great significance to satisfying people’s culture tourism needs,improve and perfect the development of human tourism and the create city image.At the same time,the study of tourism destination image perception using online review can get tourists’ perception of tourism destination image more timely and precisely.Consequently,this paper takes the online review text as the research data,discover the perception of cultural attractions tourism image,and deeply discuss human landscape tourism resources and tourism image,which will help to create a special image of human landscape tourism destination.This study takes the cultural landscape of West Lake in Hangzhou as an example to study the tourism image of six cultural landscapes of West Lake,including Guozhuang,Qianwang Temple,Sudi,Leifeng Pagoda,Yuewang Temple,and Lingyin Temple.Select effective comments from Ctrip and Dianping as research data on tourist perception image,and explore the perception of cultural landscape tourism image of West Lake in Hangzhou from cognitive image,emotional image,and overall image.This paper adopts the methods of Word Frequency Inverse Document Frequency(TF-IDF),semantic network,LDA topic model,and three machine learning models based on emotion dictionary and SVM,random forest and Ada Boost algorithm to extract keywords and classify emotion in tourist reviews.Secondly,compare and analyze the perception of the cultural landscape tourism image of Hangzhou West Lake with the official tourism image.Finally,study the correlation between tourism income and tourists’ emotionsThe research results show that,first,the main types of tourists’ perception of the overall image of the cultural landscape of West Lake in Hangzhou are historical culture,characteristic architecture,religious blessing,scenic sightseeing,patriotic education and project activities.Second,the cognitive image elements of cultural landscape tourism in Hangzhou West Lake can be summarized as the history and culture,architecture and landscape,characteristic products,activities,transportation,facilities and services of the scenic spots.Thirdly,tourists’ emotional image of tourism is positive.The overall image of the cultural landscape of the West Lake in Hangzhou is good,and tourists are more satisfied with the cultural history,scenery and service facilities of the scenic spots.Fourth,the official projection image pays more attention to the characteristic cultural resources and scenic spot activities,while the tourist perception image is more inclined to the tourism infrastructure,tourism atmosphere and experience.Fifth,for text review emotion classification,the classification effect is good based on emotion dictionary and SVM,random forest and Ada Boost machine learning model.Sixth,there are problems in the development of tourism in scenic spots,such as the lack of cultural experience in scenic spots,insufficient activities in scenic spots,inadequate services,and low cost performance of tickets.In addition,there is a positive correlation between tourism income and tourists’ emotions,and the positive emotions of tourism online reviews have a positive impact on tourism income.
