Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the sustained and rapid development of our country’s economy and society,people’s demand for spiritual and culture products has become increasingly strong.The integration between culture industry and tourism industry has quietly emerged,which is gradually becoming a powerful force to promote the economic growth of culture tourism.In this context,experts and scholars both local and overseas have begun to research the integration of culture and tourism,the development strategy of scenic spots and think on the combination between the two above-mentioned.There are differentiated competitive strategy,diversified development strategy,dynamic matching strategy,etc.,which are frequently appeared in the development of major scenic spots.However,the major attention of experts and scholars is paid to ancient ruins,historical buildings,famous mountains and rivers and other objects,while few experts and scholars choose to carry out research in college-type scenic spots with strong historical and cultural elements.Therefore,which development strategy should be adopted for college-type scenic spots with strong historical and cultural elements is a question worth considering.In order to reverse the tepid business status quo of L scenic spot since operated,as well as the worrying future development,to further make up for the lack of research on the development strategy of college-type scenic spots with strong historical and cultural elements by experts and scholars at home and abroad,this thesis takes the L scenic spot with strong historical and cultural elements as the research object and conducts an in-depth study.This thesis adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to deeply deconstruct the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and risks of L scenic spot,and effectively extract the key internal and external factors of L scenic spot.The assignment score of key internal and external factors was carefully carried out,and the four alternative strategies of L scenic spots,which are expansion strategy,reversal strategy,hybrid strategy and defensive strategy,were finally quantified and the most suitable development strategy for L scenic spots was a hybrid strategy.It means that L scenic spots should implement differentiated competition strategies actively,make full use of their deep historical and cultural resources,scientifically and systematically refine culture elements,refine and enhance the culture value of scenic spots,which should build into the core capabilities and characteristic brands of scenic spots,to further enhance the competitive advantage of scenic spots.At the same time,L Scenic Area should also explore the diversification strategy actively,strive to extend its own industrial chain,and develop corresponding tourism projects for tourists at different levels,to enhance the happiness of tourists effectively.Finally,this thesis also puts forward the implementation measures,such as digging deep into the culture connotation of scenic spots,innovating scenic spot publicity models,improving scenic spot tourism services and changing scenic spot business ideas;offers safeguard measures which are human resource guarantee,marketing guarantee,infrastructure guarantee and post-epidemic revitalization guarantee,to ensure that L scenic spot can smoothly implement the development strategy and embark on a unique path suitable for its own development,so as to establish a firm foothold and develop by leaps and bounds in the fierce competitive environment in the new era and new stage.
