After the comprehensive reform of commercial auto insurance,the market competition among insurance companies has been intensified,and the highly commercial auto insurance rate formation mechanism has promoted the market competition of auto insurance renewal rate more incandescent.The rapid development trend of superimposed digital technology brings great challenges to the sustainable development of the auto insurance renewal rate business in the traditional auto insurance industry,and gradually promotes the handling of the auto insurance renewal rate business from offline to online,making it more convenient for customers to renew insurance,and impacting on the original operation mode of the auto insurance renewal rate.Under the influence of the homogenization factors of auto insurance products,major insurance companies pay more and more attention to improving the auto insurance renewal rate,and improve their comprehensive competitiveness and market influence through the research of the auto insurance renewal rate.This study is based on the theory of customer loyalty and digital transformation theory,the integrated use of literature research and comparative analysis and the corresponding research methods,in the process of selecting the industry head two of the sample,the car insurance renewal rate related indicators,combined with the D company car insurance renewal rate promotion strategy status,the existing problems,analyze the D company car insurance renewal rate business problems and attribution.Then,by drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign insurance company renewal rate strategy successful case experience,respectively for YB insurance company and PA insurance company successful experience,and based on the theory of digital transformation of "POMPS" pentagon model content,put forward the D company car insurance renewal rate promotion strategy,respectively from the renewal organization,renewal process,car insurance products and customer service satisfaction four aspects,the D company car insurance renewal rate strategy related content,around the existing problems to improve and carry out the targeted countermeasures.This study shows that the digital development trend has a great impact and influence on the traditional business model of insurance companies.The insurance business needs to paint the target customers with the development advantages of digital technology,realize the digital service and precision marketing,and continuously improve the satisfaction of customer service.In addition,insurance companies should make full use of digital technology and Internet tools to provide convenient service for customers,improve the high value customer service system and adopt diversified service measures to improve the loyalty rate of customer service.The research results have a positive impact on the research of improving the auto insurance renewal rate of D company,and provide reference for other similar insurance companies to study the strategy of improving the auto insurance renewal rate.
