| The digital economy has become a national strategy,and the financial industry has begun to enter a digital era corresponding to the information society and digital economy.The innovative development of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,cloud computing,big data,and block-chain has impacted the wealth management of securities firms felt disruptive pressure.As the leader of the digital transformation of the capital market,securities firms have been making continuous efforts on financial technology in recent years.The innovation and application of new technology have become the winning ability of various securities firms in the digital transformation competition.At the same time,it has also introduced new industrial elements,service formats and business models to the securities industry,broadened the business boundary of the securities industry.With China’s economy shift toward high-quality development,national wealth keeps accumulating,the number of high-net-worth individuals and investable assets grow rapidly.The digital wave is in the ascendant,there are more investment opportunities,and the requirements of high-net-worth people on wealth management business enabled by technology are constantly improving.This dissertation will analyze the development status of wealth management business in domestic and foreign securities industry and the transformation of wealth management business of Z securities firm’s high-net-worth clients.After combining different researches such as literature research,comparative analysis,case study,and on-site interview to study.It aims to find out the practical problems in the transformation of Z securities’ wealth management business.Finally,based on the results of the research and analysis,it provides targeted measures and suggestions for other Chinese securities companies to carry out the transformation of high-net-worth client wealth management business,and provides reference direction for the healthy development of Chinese securities companies and even the whole securities industry. |
