| With the development of information technology and the popularity of smart phones,the convenient and fast service of mobile phones is more favored by people.Every mobile phone screen has become the service port of Internet finance companies,resulting in the share of traditional bank counter business occupied by Internet finance companies,which has caused a huge impact on the counter business of traditional banks.Compared with Internet finance companies,the biggest advantage of traditional banks is physical branches.The level of branch counter service directly affects the operation of each business line of the bank.It is the strongest competitiveness for traditional banks to win market share and benefits in the financial market full of changes and fierce competition,and it is also the most important indicator to evaluate a bank’s operation.For regional commercial banks such as Bank J,which cannot compete with financial giants on the mobile terminal,the development direction should be to improve the comprehensive service level of physical outlets,allocate more resources to counter business,and carry out intelligent transformation of counter business,so as to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction,so as not to be eliminated by the market.Starting from the research background,significance and related concept theory,this thesis introduces the operating status of J Bank.By analyzing the operating data of J Bank,it finds that there are problems such as cumbersome business process,unreasonable personnel and machine configuration,and low machine intelligence in the operation of the network,and analyzes the reasons.In this thesis,PEST,SWOT,AHP and six Sigma analysis methods are used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the intelligent transformation environment of J bank’s counter business,as well as to compare various transformation directions,so as to obtain suitable solutions for J Bank’s transformation,such as intelligent business process,organizational structure optimization and intelligent network construction.Through a series of measures,such as optimizing software and hardware,rationally placing intelligent equipment,optimizing network layout,and strengthening personnel training,system improvement,resource investment and other guarantee measures,the operating cost of J Bank is reduced,the efficiency of counter business service is improved,and customer satisfaction is increased.So as to achieve the purpose of improving the overall economic benefits,improving the level of customer service and enhancing the industry competitiveness of J Bank. |
