| In recent years,the strong support of various national policies has promoted the gradual increase of sales and market share of new energy vehicles,and pulled the highspeed development of lithium battery industry in the industrial chain.In order to occupy a higher market share,the large-scale financing of enterprises,some enterprises even in the lack of funds are still blind expansion.With the passage of time,the operating risk of debt gradually appears,mainly in aggressive strategic expansion,excessive debt scale,unreasonable debt maturity structure and so on.This paper selects Tianqi Lithium Industry,a typical representative of the lithium battery industry,as the research object,takes the financial leverage theory,risk management theory,and capital structure theory as the guiding method,and comprehensively applies the literature research method,case study method,and comparative analysis method.Comprehensively analyze the liability management risks of Tianqi Lithium and measure the degree of risk.First of all,this paper finds that the liability management risk of Tianqi Lithium continues to rise by collating financial data.At the same time,excessive debt causes the company’s profits to be eroded,credit risk increased,and sustainable and healthy development damaged;then,it is analyzed from the perspectives of aggressive strategic expansion,mismatch of capital and asset structure,insufficient profitability,low asset turnover,and weakened risk awareness.The reasons for the risk of debt operation in Tianqi Lithium Industry;finally put forward suggestions for Tianqi Lithium Industry to manage the risk of debt operation,including maintaining prudent strategic investment,rationally determining the scale and term structure of liabilities,enhancing corporate profitability,strengthening the awareness of debt management risks,and flexibility.Handling debt defaults.The research results of this paper can not only provide certain help for the management of liability management risk of Tianqi Lithium Industry,but also provide useful reference for the prevention and control of liability management risk of other enterprises in the lithium battery industry. |
