With the progress of technology and the change of life st yle,the transaction behavior of consumers,is closel y related to the network,and various types of electronic commerce platforms have emerged one after another,each kind of entity store,each line consumer goods etc take the electronic commerce “Ex press train”.As a representative of the group buying website,how Meituan enhance its competitiveness is an urgent issue to consider and solve.In view of the rapid development of e-commerce and Meituan E-commerce,and the lack of literature on Meituan e-commerce platform customer satisfaction research,this paper is dedicated to explore the status of Meituan e-commerce platform customer satisfaction and its influencing factors.This paper adopts literature method,interview method,text anal ysis method,research method,qualitative and quantitative anal ysis method to study Meituan e-commerce platform This paper conducts a pre-surve y on the scale and obtains the questionnaire items that affect customer satisfaction.Then,a formal surve y is conducted based on the obtained questionnaire items.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire and the correlation and multiple linear regression of the influencing factors such as service guarantee,customer service experience,commodity information,offline experience and pa yment experience on Meituan E-platform to customer satisfaction of Meituan E-platform were analyzed.The suggestions are as follows:First,improve the service to effectivel y protect the interests of customers;Second,take customer service management to improve customer service experience;Third,strengthen commodity information management seriously to improve the perception experience;Fourth,optimize the cooperation mode between platforms and merchants to improve offline experience;Fifth,optimize the pa yment s ystem to improve the pa yment experience.In order to effectivel y improve the customer satisfaction,the article also provides guarantee measures for the improvement of customer satisfaction from four aspects of organization,system,personnel and material.Through the research and discussion on the influencing factors and promotion strategies,the paper can provide constructive suggestions for the Customer satisfaction of Meituan e-commerce platform.It is hoped that the case analysis of Meituan e-commerce platform can provide reference for other group-buying Internet enterprises of the same type to improve their satisfaction degree,so that these enterprises can further enhance their understanding of the improvement of customer satisfaction degree,and to pay efforts to this end,so that enterprises in the fierce market competition more competitive.
