With the rapid extension of takeout o2o mode and distribution system,China’s takeout distribution industry has formed a huge ecosystem centered on takeout platform and connecting user side,merchant side and distribution side.After 2018,as the demographic dividend subsided,the competition of takeout platforms gradually shifted from the battle of pure price subsidies to the competition of operation management such as service quality and distribution efficiency.Different from the first and second tier cities,in order to quickly seize the sinking market,the takeout platform introduces regional distribution agents in the third and fourth tier cities and below,independently operates the takeout full link business in the region,and is responsible for business matters such as merchant settlement maintenance,rider recruitment management and user service operation.It is responsible for its own profits and losses,but also needs to be assessed by the takeout platform headquarters.The takeout market space of the third and fourth tier cities and below is less than that of the first and second tier cities,but the competition is more incentive.Therefore,under the pressure of industry competition,self responsibility for profits and losses and headquarters assessment,the regional distribution agents of the takeout platform need to pay more attention to their own operation and management.This paper selects the distribution agents of Meitian takeout platform in Lengshuijiang City as the research object,combined with the conclusions of macro environment and industry analysis,deeply analyzes the problems and causes existing in the operation and management of Meitian takeout distribution agents in Lengshuijiang City,puts forward an improvement plan for the operation and management of Meitian takeout distribution agents in Lengshuijiang City,and formulates relevant measures to ensure the implementation of the improvement plan.Specifically,based on the idea of "solving current problems,focusing on long-term development and achieving mutual benefit and win-win results",this paper defines the operation and management direction and objectives of Meitian takeout distribution agents in Lengshuijiang City from the three dimensions of service quality,management efficiency and vertical extension,and from strengthening food safety supervision and management,expanding service content,improving service satisfaction,increasing revenue,reducing cost and increasing efficiency Repeat training to improve rider safety,continuously refine and optimize measures in four aspects,and fundamentally solve the problems existing in operation management.The research of this paper is based on the distribution agents of takeout o2o platform in the fifth tier cities,combined with the characteristics of takeout distribution market in the fourth and fifth tier cities,and with reference to customer satisfaction model and service quality standards,this paper analyzes the service quality problems of merchants and users;Analyze the problems of distribution mode and distribution cost,and finally put forward the corresponding improvement scheme.The research ideas and results of this paper will not only provide theoretical support for Meitian takeout distribution agents in Lengshuijiang City to continuously optimize operation and management,but also provide practical experience and practical guidance for takeout distribution agents in other fourth and fifth tier cities.
