| Digital trust is not only an important factor to promote the development of digital platforms,but also an important digital capital to maximize the overall value of its digital ecosystem.However,due to the lack of pre-strategic design and experience in digital platform operation and use of digital tools in most digital platforms,it is difficult to maintain existing participants and expensive to attract potential participants.How to develop effective strategies and strategies to match digital trust,enhance the digital trust between participants and digital platforms,reduce operational risks,improve the efficiency of the digital ecosystem and maximize the value is a difficult problem faced by digital platform operators and an important topic that many scholars are committed to solving.China Merchants Bank Digital Platform is a transaction-oriented digital platform dominated by financial services such as digital inclusive finance and private banking.After more than ten years of accumulation,it has developed into a nationwide well-known transaction-oriented digital platform.The current participants of this digital platform have outstanding digital trust benefits,which are mainly manifested as good cost reduction and efficiency improvement,strong ability to continuously develop new business,and low financing cost and financing risk.Therefore,this paper chooses the digital platform of China Merchants Bank as the research object,trying to explain how the strategic matching strategy adopted by the digital platform of China Merchants Bank affects digital trust.First of all,through consulting the company’s public information to understand the main business,organizational structure,financial status of the digital platform of China Merchants Bank,combined with the network and publication of secondary information,to sort out the development of the digital platform of China Merchants Bank.Secondly,through in-depth interviews with participants who have been using the digital platform of China Merchants Bank for a long time,the influential factors of the platform participants’ digital trust are dug out,and the strategies of the digital platform of China Merchants Bank are studied to match these influential factors,so as to maintain digital trust.Finally,based on the current problems,the strategic matching strategy of China Merchants Bank’s digital platform is optimized and the corresponding focus strategy is proposed.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The digital trust advantage of Y digital platform is based on a series of digital intelligence and organizational reform mechanisms.(2)There is still room for optimization of the overall strategic matching strategy of Y digital platform.(3)In order to ensure the smooth implementation of digital trust matching strategy optimization measures,corresponding safeguard measures should also be taken. |
