Filling the gap in financial services is the fundamental reason for the emergence of urban commercial banks,and supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the historical mission of urban commercial banks.As China’s economy has gradually stepped into the dilemma of "three phases superposition" of growth shift,structural adjustment,and digestion of early stimulus policies,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is struggling,and its profits and cash flow are difficult to cover the financing costs.As a city commercial bank that depends on good fortune and bad fortune,the credit risk exposure has also increased further.Recent research by the central bank shows that according to its evaluation results on banks with high credit risk,the proportion of small and medium-sized banks is as high as 84%.As the main force of small and medium-sized banks,urban commercial banks have serious problems in credit risk management.On the basis of summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad,taking P City Commercial Bank as the research object,first of all,starting from the credit asset structure,this paper comprehensively analyzes the bank’s credit asset structure and the credit asset status in key areas,expounds the structure,process and mechanism of P City Commercial Bank’s credit risk management,and analyzes the existing credit risk management problems in management structure,organizational process,department functions,credit system and other aspects.Secondly,taking the asset quality as the starting point,and adopting the quantitative analysis method,the paper comprehensively reveals the credit risk situation of P City’s commercial banks,such as substantial non-performing assets and problem assets.At the same time,through the AHP analytic hierarchy process,a hierarchical model of the important factors affecting the bank’s credit risk was constructed,which further confirmed the correctness and objectivity of the causes of P city commercial bank’s credit risk.Then,according to the causes of credit risk and in combination with the current asset quality,it is pointed out that P city commercial banks should learn from each other’s strengths and make up for deficiencies,and put forward optimization and improvement plans focusing on credit risk governance system,business process management,risk control tool construction,data and information system construction,risk asset disposal,risk culture construction and other aspects.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme,the implementation plan and implementation steps of "priority first,steady improvement" are formulated in the paper.It is planned to steadily promote the improvement of the credit risk management ability and level of P City commercial banks through four aspects of security measures,including system construction,human resources,information system,and corporate culture. |
