Research On Financial Risk Of Entity Enterprise Financialization

The entity enterprise economy has always been an important pillar of China’s overall economy,supporting the economic lifeline of the people.The most important responsibility of the real economy is to develop the main business,which is the basis of the real economy and constitutes overall economy.With the continuous involvement of the capital market,more companies focus on the quick benefits brought by financial investment,and some even taste the sweet taste and attempt to "whole-heartedly" invest their enterprise development strategy into obtaining more investment income,which is the micro-expression of excessive financialization.Of course,the trend of financialization is also affected by many factors,such as the normalization of the epidemic,the instability of the international war,unilateral trade,etc.,which to varying degrees promote listed companies to downplay their main business and become obsessed with hyping financial capital.Based on the existing research,this paper explores the financial risks of financialization of solid manufacturing enterprises.First of all,this paper innovatively combines financial analysis and financialization influence,and finds that the financialization of listed companies has a close relationship with the analysis of corporate statement items.Moreover,the financialization process of the case company is obviously divided into two stages,and the financialization strategy is in constant adjustment.Secondly,this paper finds that the "crowding out" effect of radical financial asset investment has an impact on the quality of enterprise earnings,debt repayment level,operating capacity,innovation and development.Through analysis,this paper finds that financialization brings financial risks to Y company as follows: Increase the financial pressure of the company.Reduce the operating level by occupying the main business.The study of this paper makes up for the deficiency of micro-individual financialization case analysis,innovatively combines financialization with financial analysis,and specifically expounds the impact of financialization of entity manufacturing enterprises on corporate finance.
