In the context of the digital economy and the "Internet plus" era,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other digital technologies have developed rapidly.Scenic areas can improve operational efficiency by utilizing big data to monitor the location of customer groups in real-time,establish tourist tags,and monitor tourist public opinion.Therefore,the tourism industry has gradually begun to attach importance to the application of digital technologies such as big data,empowering scenic area operation and management,optimizing scenic area operation strategies,and improving scenic area competitiveness.This article takes Niushoushan Scenic Area as the research object to study the optimization of scenic area operation strategies based on big data technology.Firstly,this article elaborates on the current operational status and the political,legal,economic,socio-cultural,and technological environment faced by the Niushoushan Scenic Area.Through SWOT analysis,it is concluded that the scenic area has advantages such as abundant tourism resources and proximity to the urban area,as well as disadvantages such as a single tourism product structure and a lack of control measures for sudden group safety incidents;Having opportunities such as macro policy support and rapid development of big data technology,facing the threat of fierce market competition.Secondly,through the use of IPA analysis survey questionnaires,it was found that there are six major problems in the operation and management of scenic spots: single tourism products,high ticket prices,weak ability to control group safety events,inaccurate marketing positioning,low tourist satisfaction,and inconvenient internal and external transportation.Finally,this article combines the application of big data in scenic areas at home and abroad with relevant research on smart scenic areas,and proposes an optimization plan for the operation strategy of Niushoushan Scenic Area based on big data from five aspects: establishing a multi data source integration big data platform,strengthening group security event control,precision marketing,improving tourist satisfaction,and improving internal transportation conditions.To ensure the smooth implementation of the plan,this article proposes corresponding guarantee measures in terms of system,organization,resources,technology.This article analyzes the problems in the operation and management of Niushoushan Scenic Area from the perspective of big data,and proposes optimization plans for operation strategies,enriching relevant literature on scenic area operation and management strategies and providing a new perspective for research in this field.The research in this article helps to improve the operation and management capabilities and revenue of Niushoushan Scenic Area,providing reference for its intelligent and information-based operation and management;It will help to provide practical reference for other tourist attraction to build big data platforms and optimize operation strategies,and promote high-quality development of China’s tourism industry.
