| Pesticide industry is an indispensable industry for China’s agricultural development.It plays an important role in many fields and creates good economic benefits.From the world pesticide industry to China’s pesticide industry,we can find that the development of the pesticide industry is relatively mature.Although China is a large pesticide country,the pesticide industry still has great development space,and some excellent pesticide enterprises show international competitiveness.Correct value evaluation of pesticide enterprises is an important research direction and plays an important role in promoting the healthy development of economic benefits of pesticide enterprises in China.This paper studies the specific enterprise value evaluation of pesticide industry.Firstly,this paper determines the background of this paper and summarizes the basic theory,and then analyzes the macro,meso and micro directional factors affecting the enterprise value of the pesticide industry,such as the macro-economic situation,the construction of chemical zones in the meso pesticide industry,the production and R &D capacity of micro pesticide enterprises,etc,Then further analyze the appropriate methods for the value evaluation of pesticide enterprises,and come to the conclusion that the income method is more suitable.At the same time,in order to eliminate some uncertain factors,this paper uses Monte Carlo simulation technology to improve on the basis of income method.In selecting specific pesticide enterprises,this paper selects Guangxin Corporation Limited.,which is a representative pesticide enterprise,It has been one of the top 30 pesticide sales enterprises in China for many years.Finally,it compares the appraisal value of Guangxin with the stock market value of Guangxin on the benchmark date,analyzes the reasons for the differences,gives a reasonable explanation,and finally summarizes the full text of the paper.There are many limitations in this paper,such as the limitations of understanding the situation of specific pesticide industry and Guangxin Corporation Limited,but at the same time,this paper can also provide some ideas and directions for the study of pesticide enterprise value evaluation,such as macro,meso Analyze the value of pesticide enterprises from a micro perspective and improve the method of evaluating the value of pesticide enterprises by Monte Carlo simulation.At the same time,it also hopes to promote more people to study the pesticide industry. |
