Hydrogen energy plays a crucial role in China ’s green and low-carbon transformation energy in recent years.Developing of hydrogen production technology is conducive to the transforming China ’s industrial structure and promoting innovation-driven green,low-carbon and circular path.Scientifically and efficiently revealing the evolution process and identifying the frontier topics on the evolution path are conducive to supporting the scientific and technological system in the field,which is of great significance for promoting the development and progress of the field and improving competitiveness.Therefore,based on the method of natural language processing,this paper takes the patent literature of hydrogen production in China as the data source to study the evolution path and frontier theme identification in the field of hydrogen production in China.This paper first performs text vector training and keyword mining.Using the characteristics of SBERT pre-training model to deeply mine semantic information,the text sentence representation vector is trained.The FW-LDA combination method is constructed to improve the results of LDA probabilistic topic extraction to obtain more accurate topics and keywords.Secondly,the topic structure and content evolution path analysis model are constructed.According to the time series changes of patent documents,the number of topics under each time slice is determined,and the topics are structurally associated by clustering algorithm and association algorithm.The FW-LDA method is used to extract the keywords of each topic,and the evolution keywords are selected to analyze the evolution of the topic content.Finally,based on the evolution path,by analyzing the characteristics of the frontier topic,a frontier topic identification index of attention characteristics and quality level is established.The topic words obtained by constructing the FW-LDA combination method reduce the confusion between topics and make the topics more clustered.Using the topic evolution analysis model,the structural evolution and content evolution of the topics in the field of hydrogen production in China are analyzed,and the more refined expression of the topic evolution is realized.Through the calculation of frontier indicators,the frontier topics with both attention and quality level in the field are found.Through the analysis of the verification set,the effectiveness of the index system is verified,which provides theoretical support for promoting the development and application of hydrogen production technology in China.
