Evaluation Of Regional Logistics Digitization Level In Jiangxi Province

The improvement of logistics digitalization level is an important part of high-quality economic development.People need to constantly promote the integration and development of new generation information technology and traditional logistics industry in economic practice.Therefore,how to provide sustainable and healthy development for the regional logistics digitalization level is an important topic that needs to be strengthened.This thesis summarizes the connotation and characteristics of modern logistics industry and logistics digitalization.Based on modern logistics theory and existing research results,combined with the current situation of logistics digitalization development in Jiangxi Province,this thesis designs the evaluation index system of logistics digitalization from three aspects: the input level of logistics industry digitalization,the output level of logistics industry digitalization,and the macro development level of logistics industry digitalization,and then uses the hierarchical factor analysis model and DEA-BCC model for analysis,To understand the development of logistics digitalization in each district and city.Based on this,this thesis selects the relevant measurement data of 11 districts and cities in Jiangxi Province during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period(2016-2020),uses the hierarchical factor analysis method and cluster analysis method of multi-indicator panel data to evaluate the level of logistics industry digitalization in Jiangxi Province,and uses the data envelopment analysis method to conduct empirical analysis to measure the efficiency of logistics digitalization.The study found that the development of logistics digitalization in different districts and cities in Jiangxi Province is uneven.A certain degree of imbalance can promote the improvement of regional logistics digitalization level.In order to achieve the rapid development of regional logistics digitalization level,it is necessary to give priority to the development of areas with advantages in logistics digitalization level,thus affecting and improving the regional logistics digitalization level of surrounding areas.Each district and city in Jiangxi Province should actively take a series of measures,such as infrastructure construction and establishment of regional logistics information platform,based on the characteristics of its regional location,to provide an important opportunity for regional economic,industrial structure adjustment and consumption upgrading,so as to achieve the goal of improving the level of logistics information in the province.
