| The development of information technology has gradually changed the traditional banking business model,banking business information,intelligence and digital transformation is imminent;In the post-COVID-19 era,China’s economic growth has slowed down significantly,and the economic and social development is under great pressure.The banking industry also faces the pressure of maintaining high debt scale and decreasing asset stock.As an important part of banking financial institutions,rural commercial banks have competitive disadvantages in terms of asset scale,business categories and personnel quality compared with other market-oriented financial institutions.Under this special background,how to adapt to changes in the external environment and enhance market competitiveness,integrate human resource management planning with enterprise development strategy,and promote the best performance of human resources have become the key factors to enhance the market competitiveness of rural commercial banks.Based on the case study of LX rural business behavior,this thesis conducts a systematic and holistic study on its human resource management based on the 4P model of human resource management.In accordance with the research ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems,this thesis mainly includes the following aspects: First,it combs the domestic and foreign research literature on human resource management and bank human resource management,summarizes the literature research results and related basic theoretical research costs,strengthens the theoretical basis of this research,and extracts the research ideas and main contents of this thesis.Secondly,this thesis takes the 4P mode of human resource management as the main line of research,systematically analyzes the current situation of human resource management of LX Agricultural and Commercial Bank,and obtains the opinions of LX Agricultural and Commercial Bank employees on the current situation of human resource management through questionnaire survey.Thirdly,according to the analysis of the current situation of human resource management of LX Agricultural and Commercial Bank,the problems in quality management,position management,assessment management and salary management of LX Agricultural and Commercial Bank are found to be the main reasons for the above problems.The management philosophy of performance is king,the lack of human resource management strategic planning,the lack of human resource management personnel and the "loose" management mode of the agricultural and commercial bank are found.Finally,on the basis of case analysis,this thesis establishes the principles and objectives of human resource management optimization of LX Rural Commercial Bank,proposes corresponding optimization strategies for human resource management,and guarantees the effective implementation of human resource management plans of LX Rural Commercial Bank by establishing the concept of strengthening enterprises with talents,improving the institutional management system,strengthening internal organizational management and optimizing financial fund guarantee.Through this study,the thesis provides case reference and practical reference for the digital transformation development of banking industry and the improvement of human resource management level,and expands the theoretical research achievements of human resource management. |
