the future of national development.However,affected by economic globalization,rising trade protectionism and the COVID-19,China’s economic growth has slowed down,and the Lebensraum of small,medium-sized and micro enterprises has gradually been squeezed.The operation and development of small,medium-sized and micro enterprises have always faced such acute problems as difficult and expensive financing.With the gradual improvement of China’s digital infrastructure,a series of digital technologies such as 5G,artificial intelligence,and big data are becoming increasingly mature.The traditional banking industry has also begun to implement digital reforms and carry out digital businesses.In the digital wave,various business behaviors of small and medium-sized enterprises are processed and transformed into massive digital information,such as orders,account transactions,tax payments,etc.It is increasingly possible to use digital technology to accurately depict small and medium-sized enterprises.How the banking industry can leverage its own financial advantages,utilize digital technology to obtain more comprehensive information on the operational status of small and medium-sized enterprises,and efficiently solve the problem of difficult and expensive financing for small and medium-sized enterprises has become one of the important issues that commercial banks must consider and solve.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the optimization of digital management of small business loans.This thesis takes the J branch of A Commercial Bank as an example to analyze the current situation of digital management in six aspects: personnel management,performance management,system construction,product research and development,business marketing,and business processes(including business acceptance and investigation,risk evaluation and approval,contract signing,loan issuance and payment,and post loan management)of J branch of A Commercial Bank.Through research,interviews,and questionnaires,etc,Analyze the problems in the digital management of small enterprise loans in J Branch of A Commercial Bank,identify the negative impacts and reasons caused by these problems,and study optimization suggestions and guarantee measures for the digital management of small enterprise loans in J Branch of A Commercial Bank.This thesis provides relevant the research and development of small enterprise loan products,business marketing,and business processes in J Branch were diagnosed.Chapter 5 is an analysis of the causes of the digital management of small enterprise loans in J Branch,focusing on the execution of digital strategies,management mechanisms,product research and development capabilities,and integrated development.Chapter 6 is the optimization suggestions for the digital management of small enterprise loans in J Branch,specifically proposing optimization suggestions for improving the digital level in product research and development,business marketing,and business processes.Chapter 7 is the conclusion,summarizing the main research conclusions of this article,and summarizing the shortcomings and prospects of this
