| With the development of information technology,the scale of decision-making becomes larger and the complexity of decision-making becomes higher.As a result,large-scale group decision-making becomes a necessary research direction,and interval probability language can effectively express the uncertain psychology of decision-making participants and facilitate them to quickly give decision-making results.Therefore,this paper introduces interval probability language into large-scale group decision making,studies the decision-making processes of attribute determination,expert grouping and consensus reaching to improve the large-scale group decision making mode,combining risk preference,the method of Criteria Importance Through Inter-criteria Correlation,FCM aggregation algorithm,linear programming and other methods.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper improves the aggregation algorithm and comparison method of interval probability language term set.Firstly,based on risk preference,the score function and the deviation degree function of interval probability language term set are proposed to consider decision psychology of the decision makers for different events.Then,a new aggregation method of term sets in interval probabilistic language is proposed,which considers interval and probability forms,preserves the original characteristics of decision information,and makes it more suitable for large-scale group decision making.(2)This paper introduces the CRITIC attribute weight determination method for the interval probability language.Doing large-scale group decision-making needs to consider multiple attributes of decision-making projects.CRITIC is a method to objectively determine the attribute weight,which can scientifically determine the importance of attributes.Therefore,this paper improves the attribute-determination method of CRITIC attribute weight based on interval probability language,and avoids the subjective judgment of decision makers to a certain extent.(3)This paper proposes a consensus model of large-scale group decision making based on interval probability language.Firstly,FCM fuzzy clustering algorithm based on interval probability language is proposed to provide convenience for large-scale expert grouping.Secondly,based on this,the consensus reaching process of large-scale group decision-making is analyzed,and a set of consensus evaluation sequence is proposed to measure the consensus level.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of large-scale group decision making and the results of consensus sequence,the consensus adjustment method is proposed,and the maximum consensus level is reached by minimizing the divergence model.Finally,the model is applied to the evaluation of the development potential of digital economy in Henan Province to verify the effectiveness of the model. |
