With the increasing purchasing power of domestic consumers for overseas imported goods,China has issued a number of policies to guide and regulate the development of imported cross-border e-commerce logistics,and China’s import crossborder e-commerce logistics model has gradually been improved.The bonded goods collection direct mail mode in the import cross-border e-commerce logistics model can meet the needs of consumers for different types of goods and can enable cross-border shopping consumers to obtain a better shopping experience.However,it has the problems of long delivery cycle and high transportation cost,and many complex logistics links need to be experienced in the distribution process of commodities.To focus on developing their core business,cross-border e-commerce platforms choose to outsource order delivery tasks to cross-border e-commerce logistics service integrators.Therefore,when carrying out the order distribution task,how to choose the appropriate logistics transportation mode to reduce the logistics distribution cost and meet the personalized needs of consumers,is a significant and urgent problem to be solved.In view of the above background,three aspects of this thesis are studied:(1)Study the cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain and import logistics mode,analyze the definition and characteristics of cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain,and introduce the idea of mass customization,then study the cross-border e-commerce import logistics mode,analyze the problems existing in the bonded goods collection direct mail mode.(2)Study the CODP positioning problem of mass customized logistics service under the bonded goods collection direct mail mode,establish and solve the CODP positioning decision model,analyze the impact of delivery time and conversion cost on the optimal CODP location.(3)Further study,study the order allocation problem under the condition of determining CODP in advance,establish an order allocation optimization model and use genetic algorithm to solve it,analyze the influence of CODP location,customer time preference and the negotiation ability of cross-border e-commerce logistics service integrator on the comprehensive performance of cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain.The conclusion shows that when conducting CODP positioning,delivery time can affect the number of optional CODPs and the location of the optimal CODP.Advance delivery time and changing conversion costs will mostly cause changes in the optimal CODP location,while reducing conversion costs will stabilize the optimal CODP location and obtain more benefits.When making the order allocation scheme,the location of CODP will directly affect the cost and time of order delivery.Cross-border e-commerce logistics service integrators should consider the time preference of customers before determining the location of CODP.When conducting order allocation,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the interests of the three participants to obtain the optimal order allocation scheme.In addition,improving negotiation capabilities can generate more revenue,thereby improving the comprehensive performance of cross-border e-commerce logistics service supply chain.
