With the advancement of technology and increasingly fierce market competition,domestic commercial banks are facing unprecedented challenges and urgently need to promote the reform of their marketing measures for public loan business.Traditional marketing methods are no longer able to meet current needs,therefore,implementing new marketing strategies is particularly necessary.Based on the improvement of customer experience,in-depth exploration of customer needs,acceleration of product iteration,continuous improvement of customer satisfaction,and enhanced customer loyalty,this is undoubtedly of great value.It is also a key factor to promote commercial banks to achieve greater competitiveness in today’s society,and it is also the basis for making contributions to local real economy development and Economic restructuring.This article takes G Bank Jiujiang Branch as a case study.Based on the analysis and research of its marketing environment for corporate loan business using PEST analysis tools and Porter’s Five Forces model,SWOT analysis is used to comprehensively explore and summarize the current advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of G Bank Jiujiang Branch in the development of corporate loan business,Then,using a survey questionnaire and internal employee interviews,it was found that the bank’s product innovation and customer satisfaction were low,and at the same time,the competitive environment of the bank was also relatively fierce.In order to enhance the bank’s competitive advantage,we need to strengthen its product innovation capabilities and improve customer satisfaction,improve its evaluation and assessment system,and enhance its competitive advantage.G Bank Jiujiang Branch adopts different marketing strategies to meet the differentiated needs of different customers.The bank should focus on the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises,focusing on their development and growth,while also exploring other possible opportunities to meet the diverse needs of the market.Therefore,the Bank should optimize the marketing mix strategy based on 4ps theory,and finally put forward specific safeguard measures from four aspects of corporate culture construction,human resource guarantee,information technology support and risk management guarantee,in order to achieve better results.I hope to implement marketing optimization strategies to ensure the effective improvement of its competitiveness in corporate loan business,achieve comprehensive development of corporate loan business,gradually expand market share,and enhance social influence.This can also serve as a reference and guidance for the industry.
