The world is in the era of "digitalization," with new digital technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence developing at an astonishing speed.Big data has become a new driving force for high-quality corporate development,giving rise to the new development model of the "digital economy." In recent years,with the comprehensive development of consumer networks,significant opportunities have emerged for the innovation of digital technology,the growth of digital enterprises,and the prosperity of digital industries in our country.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China report explicitly proposed "accelerating the development of advanced manufacturing and promoting the deep integration of the internet,big data,artificial intelligence,and the real economy." The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China report put forward "supporting small and medium-sized enterprises,promoting new industrialization,and deepening the integration of digital and real economies," pointing out the direction for the digital transformation of Chinese enterprises and providing a basis for the digital transformation of businesses.Zhaochi Corporation is an ideal partner for major international consumer electronics and software manufacturers.In 2018,the company prioritized the digital transformation of finance as an essential development strategy.The financial digital transformation of the company has achieved remarkable results,making it a typical case of digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,it underwent three stages of financial digitalization,featuring their own characteristics.First,Zhaochi shifted the focus of digital transformation from itself to its partners,actively building a digital ecosystem by developing and nurturing new business partners.The company improved corporate performance evaluation through optimization algorithms,deep-level customization,and data learning,advocated close interaction with customers,shared private domain traffic data openly with stakeholders,and actively built and incorporated stakeholders into the digital ecosystem,forming a healthy digital environment and co-creating digital ecological value with partners and consumers.Second,Zhaochi’s digital ecosystem connected customer data across multiple channels and the entire supply chain under the utilization of digital infrastructure capabilities.It achieved sharing among the supply chain’s various business ends and within the stakeholder ecosystem,integrating marketing interactions into customers’ daily lives and transforming the company’s digitalization into customer convenience,digitalization,and intelligent cognition.Finally,Zhaochi Corporation met customers’ real-time and deep-level consumption needs through ecosystem interconnection,enhanced customer satisfaction throughout the supply chain,and built a digital ecological value network of ecosystem interconnection and value co-creation centered on Zhaochi Corporation,with the support of various stakeholders,to further enhance corporate value.This thesis takes the financial digital transformation of Zhaochi Corporation as an example,analyzing its objectives,processes,and motivations,studying its financial digital transformation results and reasons,and concluding that enterprise financial digital transformation is an inevitable requirement for development in the digital age and a necessary path for the integrated development of finance and taxation.Digital transformation can promote the upgrading of financial management and personnel transformation,ensuring high-quality corporate development.Enterprises need to pay attention to various aspects such as organizational strategy,technology application,and talent development and training.This study aims to provide essential references and lessons for other companies’ future development and financial digital transformation.The research combines Zhaochi’s practical financial digital transformation development,using literature review and case study methods to study the relevant theories of financial digital transformation for domestic and foreign enterprises,conduct an in-depth analysis of the financial digital development process of Zhaochi Corporation,and argue and analyze from different perspectives to draw conclusions.The financial digital transformation of Zhaochi Corporation is not an accidental occurrence or an isolated case in the development process.In the digital economy era,adapting to the integration of online and offline is an inevitable trend.Through in-depth analysis of driving factors,this thesis summarizes the motivations for Zhaochi’s digital transformation: external macro factors include political,economic,cultural,social,and scientific and technological environments as the external driving force for Zhaochi’s digital transformation;within the industry,intense retail competition,rapid e-commerce company development,high market share,high operating costs,and lagging consumer experiences;internal micro factors include lower-than-expected operating revenue and declining profitability.Under the pressure of business performance and continuous growth,Zhaochi’s management actively seeks change through digital transformation,establishing a transformation path that suits the company’s conditions,breaking the encirclement of e-commerce companies and industry competitors,seeking further market share increases,and ultimately improving business performance and increasing shareholder wealth. |
