In recent years,"mixed reform of state-owned enterprises" has been a hot topic in China’s academic and practical circles. The main goal of "mixed reform" is to maximize the economic and social benefits of state-owned enterprises.Currently, many academic studies focus on whether the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises under the "mixed reform" have been improved, while there is a lack of research on the social benefits of state-owned enterprises under the "mixed reform".As is well known, the important way for state-owned enterprises to achieve social benefits is to fulfill their social responsibilities. Therefore, investigating the specific performance of corporate social responsibilities after the "mixed reform" is a key way to analyze the impact of the "mixed reform" on the social responsibilities of state-owned enterprises.Among many enterprises that have chosen "mixed reform",Yunnan Baiyao’s "mixed reform" time point coincides with the difficult year of state-owned enterprise reform in Yunnan Province. The government attaches great importance to its "mixed reform" situation. As a typical example, the successful "mixed reform" has provided many valuable experiences for other enterprises in Yunnan Province, with far-reaching impact and worth learning from. Therefore, this article attempts to analyze the specific impact of mixed ownership reform on corporate social responsibility, hoping to play a demonstration role when other enterprises explore the social benefits of implementing "mixed ownership reform".This article first clarifies the impact mechanism of mixed ownership reform on corporate social responsibility through stakeholder theory, property rights theory, social expectation and social response theory, and information asymmetry theory. That is,state-owned enterprises under "mixed ownership reform" mainly affect the performance of social responsibility by optimizing the ownership structure, rationalizing the governance structure, and generating the self-interest behavior of non-state shareholders. Then, using the method of case study,Yunnan Baiyao was selected as a case enterprise to analyze the motivation, process, and results of the mixed reform of Yunnan Baiyao.A social responsibility evaluation system was constructed based on eight dimensions: shareholders, creditors, consumers, suppliers, employees, the public, government, and the environment. The performance of corporate social responsibility performance was analyzed using the entropy weight method,After studying the specific impact of the mixed reform on Yunnan Baiyao’s social responsibility performance, the study found that the mixed reform has positively improved the performance of social responsibility, and has had a certain impact on the performance methods and selection tendencies of social responsibility:(1)Yunnan Baiyao has increased the emphasis on social responsibility of creditors, employees, suppliers, consumers, and the environment, with little change in shareholder responsibility,However,in the short term after the "mixed reform",the implementation of its government responsibilities has been slightly inadequate, and public responsibilities have also decreased.(2)"Mixed reform" has influenced Yunnan Baiyao’s specific type of responsibility fulfillment for various dimensions, and it is more inclined to choose a way of fulfilling responsibility that can directly create value for the company. Finally, based on the above research, this article draws the following research inspiration:state-owned enterprises should pay attention to the synergy of mixed reform, introduce highly relevant strategic investors, and achieve the effect of "1+1>2";In the context of "mixed reform",state-owned enterprises need to implement social responsibility, focus on innovation capabilities, strengthen enterprise research and development conditions and talent team construction, while relying on folk technology innovation, learning from each other, and improving efficiency;Pay attention to the risk of possible loss of state-owned assets, strive to establish an effective protection and control system, and ensure the appreciation and maintenance of state-owned assets;Pay attention to scientific decision-making and improve diversified governance mechanisms.
