| As the core management module of fresh retail front warehouse business,shift management is the key work point of labor-intensive enterprises.In the whole process of enterprise management,it undertakes important roles such as the implementation of production plans,the guarantee of user experience,and the control of labor costs,which is the lifeblood of enterprises and the top priority for enterprises to maintain sustainable profitability.The standardized shift management system can not only protect the personal wishes and preferences of employees,but also meet the needs of different stages of business within the maximum extent permitted by laws and regulations,so as to achieve stable and efficient operation of enterprises,ensure user sense of experience and further reduce costs and increase efficiency.This paper takes Company M,the representative enterprise of fresh retail front warehouse business,as the research background,deeply analyzes the current situation of Company M’s scheduling management,focuses on the analysis from the organizational structure,preparation status,and scheduling process and method,and identifies the main problems in the scheduling process of Company M as follows: First,the order forecast is not fine,and there is a lack of time-based forecast reference;Second,inaccurate measurement of human efficacy and ignoring the results of multi-factor effects;Third,the efficiency of scheduling tools is low,and the degree of application of standardization is low;At last,poor shift fit,increasing the risk of cost waste.These problems greatly affect the achievement of key operational indicators of an enterprise,which requires relevant enterprises to pay enough attention to the importance of scheduling management and actively learn to explore new ideas and models.In view of the problems existing in the scheduling management of Company M,in the main research part of this paper,the multiple linear regression analysis model and mixed integer programming model are used to refine the measurement of human efficiency standards,establish a weekly scheduling data model,promote the systematization of scheduling tools,improve the matching degree of sortable orders and demand sorting orders in different time periods,meanwhile,summarize the seven-step method of standardized scheduling management,build a training management system,and assist in implementing the standardized scheduling management concept to achieve continuous inheritance. |
