Among all food crops,China has always attached great importance to the yield of rice,which is mainly because more than 65% of the people take rice as their staple food.The production of rice has a direct impact on China’s food security and food security.In the past,in order to avoid famine and ensure food production and social stability,people always used pesticides and chemical fertilizers in the process of agricultural production.However,the excessive use of chemical pesticides and chemical fertilizers not only caused environmental pollution,but also brought various problems such as the decline of the quality of agricultural products.With the development and progress of modern agriculture,people have gradually improved their understanding of the importance of environmental protection and the quality of agricultural products,which also brings new challenges to agricultural development.In this context,local governments at all levels began to study how to change the mode of agricultural development and how to transform traditional agriculture into green agriculture.Shishou City is no exception and has invested more energy in the transformation and development of local agriculture.Shishou City is located in the Jianghan Plain,which is known as the "Land of Fish and Rice".The land is very fertile.In recent years,the local rice production has also attracted much attention.However,in the past,even though Shishou City had relatively good agricultural resources,the local agricultural advantages did not appear due to the influence of technology,transportation,capital and farmers’ quality.In order to actively respond to the national agricultural development policy,transform rich agricultural resources and truly increase farmers’ income and get rid of poverty,Shishou City focuses on the structural reform of the agricultural supply side.With the support of the development research center of the State Council,Shishou City takes the initiative to communicate and exchange with domestic and foreign research institutions,visit and study in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province,the birthplace of "rice-duck" in China,and actively develop green agriculture,The "duck-frog-rice" green production mode has been explored.This mode takes into account the effects of ecology and enriching the people.The development situation is good,and its importance has gradually increased in the local agricultural production.According to the previous research on the comprehensive planting and breeding model of paddy field,both academic research and practical application focus on "rice-shrimp","rice-fish" and "rice-duck",and there is less research on the relatively new "duck-frog-rice" model.Although the scholars studying the "duck-frog-rice" production mode in Shishou City gradually increased in recent two years,the research mainly focused on science and technology,such as exploring how to cultivate In order to solve this problem,make up the corresponding gap and promote the standardized development of "duck-frog-rice" model in Shishou City,after referring to relevant literature and field research,the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods such as literature analysis method,comparative analysis method and entropy weight method are adopted,This paper analyzes the "duck frog rice" model in Shishou City,studies its economic,ecological,social and comprehensive benefits,tries to explore the existing problems of the "duck frog rice" model,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures according to the actual situation,so as to ensure its more comprehensive and sustainable development.The main research contents and results are as follows:First,in order to introduce the production mode of "duck-frog-rice" in Shishou City,study and discuss the concepts and theoretical basis involved,and find that the mode has developed on the basis of green agriculture,ecological agriculture and sustainable agriculture,which conforms to the new trend of the development of modern agriculture.The second is to analyze the general situation of "duck-frog-rice" model in Shishou City,mainly from its formation process,technical category,operation status and so on.It is found that from 2015 to 2020,the number of green production bases of "duck-frog-rice" model in Shishou City has been increasing,and the demonstration areas have made more achievements in the past five years,and the radiation range has continued to expand.Secondly,the area of paddy field produced by "duck frog rice" mode is also gradually increasing,and the yield,output value and farmers’ income have great advantages compared with the unified season rice production mode.Thirdly,combined with the characteristics and requirements of Shishou’s own development,a set of comprehensive benefit evaluation index system covering economic benefits,ecological benefits and social benefits is constructed.At the same time,the comprehensive benefits of "duck frog rice" model in Shishou from 2015 to2020 are evaluated and calculated,and the research results are analyzed from the overall and specific parts.The results show that the ecological benefits have the greatest impact on the comprehensive benefits,the economic benefits and social benefits have little difference,and the impact on the comprehensive benefits is basically the same.From 2015 to 2020,the comprehensive benefits of the "duck frog rice" model in Shishou City showed an upward trend except 2019.Through the analysis of the overall trend and the reasons for the decline,it is found that the industry in agricultural water consumption,commercialization rate There is still much room for progress in terms of farmers’ per capita income.Fourth,combined with the basic situation and the results of empirical analysis of the "duck-frog-rice" model in Shishou City,this paper discusses the problems existing in the development process of the "duck-frog-rice" model in Shishou City,and finds that it is faced with several urgent problems such as insufficient investment in hardware facilities,insufficient scientific and technological support,small competitiveness of regional public brands and insufficient extension of industrial chain.Fifthly,focusing on the problems existing in the development process of "duckfrog-rice" model in Shishou City,we should consider all aspects and multiple fields,and put forward corresponding measures to increase investment in infrastructure construction,carry out agricultural science and technology research,optimize regional brand construction,and promote the deep integration and development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,so as to promote the more standardized development of "duck-frog-rice" model in Shishou City.The research results show that the "duck-frog-rice" model in Shishou has obvious advantages compared with the traditional rice production model,and the comprehensive benefits are constantly developing well.However,there is still some development space in terms of hardware facilities,science and technology,brand and industrial chain.All departments can improve these aspects,which can not only promote the standardized development of the model,but also protect the environment,drive local farmers out of poverty and improve the employment rate,More importantly,it can provide a reference basis for the promotion of green production technology in other regions.
