Research On The Optimization Of The Profit Model Of Rack-system Company Under The Grim Situation Of China Us Relations

The world was deeply affected by the global pandemic of COVID-19 in 2020,which had a huge impact on countries around the world in the political and economic fields,and it will continue to have a predictable influence.At the same time,some countries,led by the United States,have begun to besiege China’s development in various fields,especially in science and technology and trade.They aim at containing and destroying China’s great economic achievements since the founding of the country,especially after the period of China’s reform and opening up.Besides containing them,they also attempt to steal the economic achievements made by China,which is particularly obvious in the high-tech field.Since 2019 to 2020,China and the United States have almost fallen into a crisis of“hard decoupling” in the high-tech sector.The existence and development of domestic high-tech companies are challenged by it under the grim situation of China US relations.Those original high-tech enterprises that used to rely on the United States in the field of technology transformation,equipment import,service and cooperative introduction have been greatly shocked,and eventually led to their struggling in their development and survival.In the thesis,the author will discuss how domestic high-tech enterprises should reflect and respond in the profit model under the grim situation of China US relations.By using literature analysis,case analysis and the example of the author’s company(Rack-system Company),the author will make a strategic reflection of profit model of the author’s enterprise by using SWOT model theory.Through re-combing its “five elements”,the profit model of the enterprise is optimized,and the safeguard measures which will realize the new profit model are given,and eventually adapt to the development of science and technology enterprises under the new circumstances.The literature analysis method is adopted in this paper.By analyzing and combing relevant domestic and foreign literature and concepts and theories,it elaborates the main background of this study,establishes relevant theoretical references and builds up the research ideas and logical reasoning process.The key concept of this paper is the profit model,and the purpose of this study is to find out how high-tech enterprises to optimize the profit model under the grim situation of China US relations.This paper not only gives the concept of profit model,but also gives the “five elements” model of profit model as its optimization analysis object.Based on the SWOT theory,this paper tries to find out the theoretical methods and the basis of implementation for enterprises to seek profit model optimization.Meanwhile,the case analysis method is adopted in this paper as well,and the author’s company is selected as the research object.The first step is to sort out the fundamental state and make an analysis of the company’s existing profit model,including the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of the existing profit model.Secondly,by both the analysis of current situation and characteristics of high-tech enterprises under the new situation and the analysis of optimization design of the company’s profit model through SWOT and SWOT-CLPV theory,the author’s company’s profit model is optimized.Although the research and analysis of this study only derives from the author’s company,the ideas of profit model analysis and evaluation methods from this paper can be feasibly applied to other similar high-tech enterprises in the grim situation of China US relations,especially for enterprises engaged in electronic measurement industry.
