Equity incentive is a long-term incentive mechanism designed to encourage corporate executives,core employees and key people.This mechanism can connect the interests of the incentive object with the long-term development of the company,thus helping the enterprise to achieve high growth,and promoting the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,more and more companies begin to pay attention to R&D innovation,especially high-tech enterprises.As an important force to improve R&D and innovation ability,core technical talents are closely related to the development of the company when they get equity incentive and hold the company’s stock,so they are more motivated and work harder,thus improving the company’s R&D and innovation ability.This kind of community of interests formed by employees and enterprises due to equity incentive can push the company towards the direction of healthy development.In the 20 th century,the concept of mixed equity incentive system was first proposed in the United States,and then some western countries began to try to implement equity incentive.With the increasing number of successful cases of equity incentive and the maturity of incentive model and scheme,more and more countries begin to try this system.Compared with other countries,ou r equity incentive is relatively late,and after many years of exploration and experiment stage,the equity incentive mechanism begins to form and stabilize.As a new enterprise in the satellite application industry,Company A has carried out three equity incentives in the four years after its listing.This paper takes Company A’s third equity incentive plan as the research object,studies the motivation of Company A to implement equity incentives,analyzes the influence path of equity incentives on non-financial performance and financial performance of the enterprise,and summarizes the specific plans of Company A to implement equity incentives.And focus on the implementation effect of A company’s equity incentive plan in 2019 and 2020.By taking Company B,which has not implemented equity incentive in the same research period,as the benchmark enterprise,the financial performance is compared and analyzed,and the influence of equity incentive implementation on the performance of company A is explored.Finally,the advantages of the equity incentive plan formulated by Company A are summarized to provide reference cases for other enterprises to carry out equity incentive,and at the same time,to a certain extent,to supplement the research of other scholars.Through the comprehensive study of Company A,it is found that the non-financial performance and financial performance of Company A from 2019 to 2021 show A good development trend,and the market reaction and corporate performance are positive,indicating that the implementation of equity incentive of Company A has indeed brought a certain positive impact on the enterprise and promoted the long-term development of the enterprise.The research on the equity incentive of company A has brought more consideration and research for the implementation of the equity incentive in our country enterprises,and provides reference for other enterprises in our country to carry out the equity incentive.
