| With social and economic development,the consumer market of tourism is booming.Tourism is no longer restricted by time as night tour has become a new tourism trend in addition to daytime tourism.As a new tourism mode,night tour has gained increasing attention from people in recent years and has become an important channel for tourists and residents to enjoy their life.Scenic spots are important carriers of night tours,and tourist satisfaction has always been a key indicator to measure their operative quality.Tourist satisfaction about scenic spots has a direct impact on the revisiting and recommendation intention of tourists,and thus on the follow-up development of scenic spots.Hence,it is necessary and of great significance for scenic spots to study tourist satisfaction about night tours.Shenyang LBS scenic spot was taken as the research object in this thesis.After combing through relevant studies at home and abroad from the perspective of experience,and by virtue of the tourism experience theory and customer satisfaction theory,the night tour experience of Shenyang LBS scenic spot was classified into humanistic experience,environmental experience and service experience based on the development status of the scenic spot.With perceived value as the mediator variable between tourism experience and tourist satisfaction,a structural equation model was established to analyze the impact of tourism experience on tourist satisfaction about night tours,and then suggestions were put forward to improve tourist satisfaction about night tours in Shenyang LBS scenic spot.A total of 389 valid questionnaires on tourist satisfaction were collected through investigation and the questionnaire data were imported into data analysis software SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0.The analysis results are as follows: Humanistic experience,environmental experience and service experience all have a positive impact on tourist satisfaction and perceived value;perceived value positively affects tourist satisfaction;perceived value acts as the mediator in the path of humanistic experience,environmental experience,service experience and tourist satisfaction.Among the three dimensions of tourism experience,humanistic experience has the greatest impact on tourist satisfaction,followed by environmental experience and service experience.As such,it is suggested to lay emphasis on the humanistic experience of night tours,strictly control the quality of night food,launch high-quality night tour experience projects,and enrich the cultural atmosphere of scenic spots;to create a comfortable environment for night tours,keep the night tour environment clean,and innovate the relevant landscape design;to optimize the service of tourists,enhance the professional quality of service personnel,improve basic service facilities,and establish a digital system as the service platform.Suggestions were put forward in this thesis to improve tourist satisfaction about night tours in Shenyang LBS scenic spot,with a view to providing some reference for the development of night tour products offered by similar scenic spots. |
