The development of China’s “Specialization,Refinement,Differential and Innovation” has been in progress for more than ten years,From the concept to the guidance,the implementation path is gradually clear.Due to the changes in the domestic and international economic environment and the impact of Sino-US trade friction,the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry has become an important initiative to shape China into a scientific and technological powerhouse,and SRDI enterprises are undoubtedly the key link to tackle the weak point of the industrial chain,to solve the problem of‘being hit in the throat’ in core technologies.Gansu Equity Exchange Center(hereinafter referred to as "GEC"),as an incubation pool for non-listed SMEs in China,has developed into a regional equity exchange market with local characteristics relying on business segments such as enterprise cultivation,equity registration and trusteeship,and financing services.Aiming at helping enterprises move to the "fast track" of high-quality development,GEC focuses on “Specialization,Refinement,Differential and Innovation” and puts forward the "631" all-round service system for listed enterprises.However,one year after the idea of opening up services to the SRDI enterprises,GEC has been unable to get rid of the problem of "failing to provide good service",and the existing service has been unable to meet the needs of SRDI enterprises.Therefore,service innovation is in urgent.Therefore,this paper aims to study the innovative strategies based on the service needs of SRDI enterprises,with a view to upgrading the services of GEC and enhancing the value of enterprises.The thesis consists of seven chapters.Firstly,based on the theoretical basis of customer value and service innovation,we use questionnaires and interviews to collect and sort out the deep-seated needs of SRDI enterprises,then summarize the what should be worked on in terms of innovative services.In the following chapters,this paper put forwards several innovative strategies and guarantee measures according to the original service structure.Based on the research of customer value and service innovation,this paper draws the conclusion that customers can be reshaped after categorizing the importance or contribution of customers,and then innovation of service strategies can be achieved from a comprehensive perspective of services and products.At present,GEC still provides the same services to different enterprises without making any customized services,thus there is a phenomenon of service homogenization.Therefore,based on the existing service model of GEC,the thesis redefines the service objectives and provides basic and derivative services for different levels of enterprises to meet their needs,and further ensures certain aspects such as human resources,the process,technology and mechanism.The service models of various institutions for SRDI enterprises are emerging,and the new service mode is gradually becoming the main direction.The research results of the paper can effectively eliminate the "obstacles" in providing service caused by the unknown needs of enterprises and the lack of service experience,so as to solve the key problem of mismatch between service demand and service supply in GEC,and provide a reference for the service innovation of SRDI enterprises in the same industry. |
