Recent years,with the application of a large number of Industry 4.0 technologies(I4.0Ts)to various industries,the emergence of a new round of industrial revolution has attracted worldwide attention.The application of I4.0Ts can not only improve the production efficiency of enterprises,but also greatly affect the sustainable development of society.Assessing how these I4.0Ts affect the sustainable development of the future society has also become an issue that governments need to consider.Research on the impact of I4.0Ts on social sustainable development goals is an important task at present to provide reference and opinions for comprehensively improving the application of I4.0Ts and future social sustainable development goals.The current academic research on Industry 4.0’s social sustainable development goals mostly focuses on sustainability-related issues in specific industrial fields,how much sustainability is contained in a single I4.0T application,and the possible application scenarios of I4.0Ts in the future.Lack of effective standards for evaluating sustainability goals,short of a sound knowledge system for evaluating I4.0Ts,which are difficult to clear and complete Express the relationship between the various I4.0Ts and the sustainable development goals affected by the application of I4.0Ts.Therefore,in order to make up for the lack of current academic research on how Industry 4.0 technology affects social sustainable development goals,and to explore ways that are conducive to improving the quality of I4.0Ts to solve sustainable development problems,thesis uses a white paper published by the World Economic Forum in 2018.In the background of the report case,we use a variety of perspectives to study how I4.0Ts affects social sustainable development goals,and gives suggestions in the process of applying I4.0Ts.First of all,use statistical methods to determine the impact relationship between I4.0Ts;secondly,combine the fuzzy hesitant set method to determine the impact relationship between I4.0Ts on SDGs thirdly,use rough set model to mine the relationship between SDGs;Fourth,the comprehensive decision-making and experimental evaluation laboratory model(DEMATEL)and the ISM model establish the hierarchical relationship between II4.0Ts and sustainable development goals,and give the future I4.0Ts to better achieve sustainable development goals’ suggestion.The research work of thesis reflects certain innovations in the following aspects:First,a row-by-line decision-making method is introduced that integrates fuzzy hesitant sets,rough set theory,a laboratory model for decision and experimental evaluation(DEMATEL)and an ISM model to systematically evaluate the impact of I4.0Ts on sustainable development goals.degree of influence.Second,according to the legitimacy theory and the above evaluation methods,thesis constructs a theoretical and numerical impact framework.This framework not only describes their influence path to give theoretical guidance to enterprises,but also shows that the influence degree provides practical decision-making basis for enterprises.Third,applying methods and sustainable attributes combined with data to classic cases provides management inspiration for researchers and management implications for enterprises to implement I4.0Ts to improve sustainable development.
