Research On The Design Of Value-added Services Of The Public Resource Trading Platform In C City

Public resource trading is an emerging industry with continuous reform and innovation in service methods.As one of the few enterprise oriented operating platforms in China,the C City Public Resource Trading Platform has been facing the challenge of "fee reduction" and even "fee collection" brought about by the trend of optimizing the business environment in recent years.This article takes the C City Public Resource Trading Platform,which operates in an enterprise mode,as an example to analyze in detail the development situation and external environmental conditions faced by the enterprise,sort out the main problems and root causes faced by the platform’s development,and propose that value-added services should be the preferred choice and feasible path for the platform to break the bottleneck and achieve high-quality development.The paper refers to the customized service theory,value co creation theory,user experience design theory,and data driven innovation theory,and especially studies the platform economy theory.By issuing questionnaires to market subjects,conducting expert interviews and enterprise research,and using a large amount of data to conduct argumentation,this paper conducts a detailed design study on the value-added services of the public resource trading platform in C City.Through research,this article believes that the C city public resource trading platform can start from providing value-added services such as data,finance,and consulting,utilize its own favorable conditions,enhance customer stickiness,enhance network effects,carry out variable market governance,flexible pricing mechanisms,and adopt appropriate platform lifecycle strategies to gradually move towards matching bilateral The development of a platform economy model for various "demand supply" transactions among multilateral enterprises ultimately forms a benign platform economy business ecosystem.The conclusion shows that it is necessary and feasible for public resource trading platforms,especially those operating in enterprises,to carry out value-added services.The platform value-added service path should be developed from "self providing services" to "platform economy" mode.At the same time,value-added service design design and practice should seek advantages and avoid disadvantages.In the post pandemic era,optimizing the business environment has become an important lever for building service-oriented governments in various regions.It is hoped that the research process,conclusions,and partial judgments in this article can provide more reference value for the reform,innovation,and development of the public resource trading industry.
