Study On Supply Chain Fiance Risk Management Of A Logistic Company

With the intensification of competition in all walks of life,the competition mode gradually transitions from the competition between enterprises to the competition between different supply chains.Based on this background,supply chain finance,a new financing service,appears and develops rapidly.Due to its natural advantages in supply chain finance,logistics enterprises are able to rapidly integrate capital,information and other resources in the supply chain,thus gradually becoming the dominant player in the new supply chain finance business model.Although logistics enterprises gain A lot of benefits by carrying out supply chain finance business,it also leads to the breeding of risk problems.Therefore,this paper takes A logistics company,the leading enterprise in the logistics industry,as the research subject,explores the corresponding risks arising from its supply chain finance model,and manages these risks.As the leading enterprise in the logistics industry,A logistics company is at the top level in terms of market share and revenue of its main business.In order to cope with the increasingly intense competition,A logistics company seeks business transformation to broaden its own moat.In recent years,A Logistics company has been vigorously developing supply chain finance business and has achieved good results.Therefore,it is representative to study the risks of supply chain finance of A logistics company.First of all,this paper introduces the current situation of supply chain finance business carried out by A logistics company,including its current situation of supply chain finance business,financing model,etc.Secondly,based on the identification method of panorama method and risk investigation and enumeration method,the corresponding risks of different business models of supply chain finance of logistics company A are identified,and it is concluded that there are mainly several different levels of risks in the supply chain finance system dominated by logistics company A,which are credit,market and environment,operation and supply chain cooperation risk.Then,according to the results of risk identification,the supply chain finance model of A logistics company,the main participants in the supply chain and the overall environmental conditions of the supply chain,select the supply chain finance risk evaluation index set of A logistics company.Then,through empirical analysis,the risk of the supply chain finance system of A logistics company is evaluated.Firstly,the dimensionality of indicator variables was reduced through factor analysis to obtain six principal components.Then,according to the results of factor analysis,the Logistic regression model was used for analysis to obtain the supply chain finance risk evaluation model of A logistics company.The model is predicted and verified,and it is found that the construction of the model is relatively successful,the prediction accuracy of the sample enterprise is high,and the test results of the model are good.After that,the data of A sample enterprise is selected to measure the supply chain finance risk evaluation model of A logistics company.The measurement results are consistent with the actual situation,and it is concluded that the model is real and effective.Finally,on the basis of the above analysis,based on the risks identified in the supply chain finance system of A logistics company and the influence weights of different risks,the corresponding risk control measures are proposed for different risks according to their importance,providing A logistics company with a reference for reducing and managing its supply chain finance risks and ensuring the normal operation of its supply chain finance business.
