| Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy,China’s primary,secondary,and tertiary industries are integrating and developing,and the process of agricultural industrialization and modernization is constantly accelerating.However,agricultural SMEs still face problems such as difficult and expensive loans.Supply chain finance can to some extent solve the financing difficulties of agricultural SMEs,but due to weak foundations and poor financial conditions,agricultural SMEs are prone to credit risks when using supply chain finance financing,which is not conducive to obtaining financial support for agricultural SMEs.Currently,the evaluation and management of credit risks for agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance need to be further improved.Therefore,exploring the influencing factors of credit risks for agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance and optimizing the evaluation system can better prevent and control credit risks,and help agricultural SMEs obtain financing.Therefore,studying the influencing factors of credit risk for agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance is of great significance for the development of agricultural SMEs.The main content of this article is as follows: Firstly,it reviews and summarizes domestic and foreign literature,elaborates on relevant theories such as information asymmetry theory and transaction cost theory,and provides a theoretical basis for the credit risk analysis of agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance.And organize and summarize the credit risk issues of agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance,and clarify the necessity of conducting an analysis of the causes of credit risk for agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance;Secondly,explore the causes of credit risk for agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance,providing theoretical support for constructing an indicator system of influencing factors;Third,clarify the influencing factors,select 19 indicators such as the total number of employees and the net return on assets to build an indicator system of influencing factors,select the relevant data of 158 new three board agricultural SMEs from 2015 to 2021,and comprehensively evaluate the credit risk of agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance through the comprehensive weighting method of analytic hierarchy process entropy weight method;Fourthly,through the Logistic ISM model,the significant influencing factors of credit risk for agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance and the logical hierarchical relationship between the factors are identified,and research conclusions are drawn and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows: the total number of employees,net sales interest rate,asset liability ratio,total asset growth rate,and net profit growth rate are the surface influencing factors of credit risk of agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance;the current Asset turnover and receivable turnover days are the middle influencing factors;and the quick ratio is the deep influencing factor Deep factors influence the occurrence of credit risks for agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance from shallow to deep.From this,it can be seen that there are various factors that affect the credit risk of agricultural SMEs under supply chain finance.Therefore,the main measures to prevent and resolve credit risks are as follows: at the level of agricultural SMEs,it is necessary to improve the comprehensive strength of agricultural SMEs and the quality of information disclosure of agricultural SMEs;At the level of the supply chain,it is necessary to strengthen the stability of the supply chain and improve the electronic information platform for supply chain finance;At the macro policy level,it is necessary to strengthen government guidance and policy guidance,and promote the establishment of market access mechanisms. |
