Research On Tourism Development Strategy Of Qilian County From The Perspective Of All-for-one Tourism

With the growing tourist industry,tourists’ travel patterns are becoming more casual,and the demand for tourism is changing from a single type of tourism to a multi-level experience tourism,and the traditional development mode,which focuses on attractions,can no longer adapt to the development needs of the era of mass tourism.At the same time,Qilian County,Qinghai Province,is a special spatial region that combines "plateau area,mountainous area and ethnic area",and has rich tourism resources,but due to natural conditions and other factors,there are generally backward economic development and insufficient service facilities.This paper focuses on the scientific question of "how to make better use of the resources of this special spatial region from the viewpoint of the whole area tourism,and suggest a tourism development strategy that is more appropriate to the regional features to promote the sustainability of tourism development".Firstly,the thesis compares the progress of research on regional tourism at home and abroad,explains the relevant concepts and theories,analyses the connotation and characteristics of regional tourism from the resource,spatial,industrial,service and subject perspectives,and analyses outstanding cases to learn from their development experiences.Starting from the evaluation of tourism resources,it analyses the previous discussions on the national standards of tourism resource evaluation and grasps the value composition of tourism resources in the light of the new requirements of all-area tourism,i.e.the assessment of tourism resources under the viewpoint of all-area tourism should not only focus on the values of the resources themselves,but also on the surrounding environment and developing conditions related to the materials.Based on the model related to resource assessment,the evaluation system of tourism resources under the whole-area tourism viewpoint is constructed,and the tourism resources of Qilian County are evaluated and graded.Combined with GIS software,the spatial distribution of tourism resources in Qilian County is analysed quantitatively in terms of influencing factors,spatial distribution characteristics and accessibility of excellent-grade resources,providing a basis for the integration,development and utilisation of resources and spatial layout of Qilian County.Secondly,through field research,interviews,questionnaires and web-based text data analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of tourism development in Qilian County are analysed in terms of resources,environment,industry,services and economic base,to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of tourism development in Qilian County,especially its own disadvantages,and to build a SWOT matrix for tourism development in Qilian County.The results show that Qilian County should give full play to its environmental and resource advantages,grasp the opportunity to develop tourism at the national and state levels with great importance,explore the characteristics of tourism resources,improve and overcome the existing tourism product type,tourism cycle and seasonality is obvious,the lack of industry integration,service facilities and other deficiencies,and focus on the protection of the resources and environment of this special region at the same time as tourism development,so as to avoid The development of tourism in Qilian County is a major challenge to the sustainable development of tourism.Finally,according to the assessment of tourism resources and SWOT analysis of Qilian County tourism development,integrated with the internal characteristics of the whole area tourism,the tourism development framework of Qilian County and the integrated development of "tourism-ecology-culture" are proposed as the core,from the spatial layout of the whole region,the whole time domain Product construction,the whole industry depth of integration,the whole system to improve services,the whole body to build and share and the whole industry to coordinate the management of six aspects of the implementation of tourism development model.According to the development model of tourism in the whole area and the characteristics of Qilian County,which is a special area with high ecological vulnerability and sensitivity,the tourism development strategy of Qilian County from the perspective of "development-protection-optimisation" is proposed in three aspects respectively.It offers new ideas and new ways for tourism developments in Qilian County from the viewpoint of total tourism,and further perfects the practice of total tourism in this special spatial region,in order to promote the rapid development of tourism in Qilian County,and to serve as a model and reference for the development of similar tourist destinations.
