Research On Optimization Of Cash Flow Risk Management Of Tus-Pharmaceutical Group CO.,LTD.

In recent years,the country has increased investment in medical and health care,consumption upgrades,and technological advancement to accelerate the innovation and transformation of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.It is expected that the industry will continue to show a good development trend and huge development potential in the future.However,opportunities are often accompanied by challenges.The pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is both capitalintensive and innovation-driven,and it is facing the challenges of high operating pressure,insufficient R&D and innovation,and high financial risks.In such an operating environment,if our country’s pharmaceutical manufacturing companies want to develop well,they need to strengthen the management of cash flow risks and ensure the safety of cash flow.This article takes the pharmaceutical manufacturing company TusPharmaceutical Group as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of Tus-Pharmaceutical Group’s cash flow risk management based on cash flow risk related theories,and finds that there are some problems of incomplete cash flow risk identification,imperfect risk control,and lack of cash flow risk early warning mechanism.Therefore,this article analyzes the sources of working capital risk,investment risk and financing risk of Tus-Pharmaceutical Group,and identifies its existing cash flow risk,and designs corresponding cash flow risk identification index system.The article comprehensively assesses cash flow risks from four aspects: cash liquidity,debt solvency,growth,and profitability,and finds that cash flow risk of Tus-Pharmaceutical Group from 2016 to 2019 was higher than the industry average.At the same time,based on the cash flow risk assessment index system,the article determines the cash flow risk early warning critical value,and builds cash flow risk early warning system,and draws the conclusion that the enterprise cash flow risk early warning is the medium warning.Finally,it optimizes the control strategies of working capital risk,investment risk and financing risk in targeted manner,and designs cash flow risk management safeguard measures,so as to improve cash flow risk management methods and countermeasures of Tus-Pharmaceutical Group.Figures:21,Tables:41,References:94...
