Since the reform and opening up,China’s private enterprises have developed rapidly.While the number of private enterprises is growing rapidly,there are many external problems affecting and restricting the development of China’s private enterprises.Difficult and expensive financing,inadequate technological innovation and poor management have become increasingly prominent problems,which have become important bottlenecks limiting the innovation capacity of private enterprises.In order to address the development of private enterprises,the state has vigorously promoted mixed ownership reform and the integration of state-owned capital with non-state-owned capital.Under the impetus of national policies,an important mode of mixed ownership reform,i.e.state-owned equity participation in private enterprises,is gradually receiving attention from scholars.By combing through the relevant literature,it can be concluded that scholars have different views on whether state-owned equity participation in private enterprises can promote enterprise innovation,and no unified conclusion has been formed yet,and empirical research is the main focus.Based on the above-mentioned background,this paper takes the participation of state-owned capital the Sdic Intelligence Intelligent in a private enterprise the Meiya Pico as a case study,and uses a case study approach to explore the impact paths and effects of state-owned equity participation in promoting innovation in private enterprises.Firstly,based on relevant theories and literature,this paper analyses the impact paths of state-owned equity participation in the Meiya Pico and concludes that the three paths through which state-owned equity participation drives innovation in the Meiya Pico are improving financing capacity,improving corporate governance and obtaining heterogeneous resources.Secondly,this paper analyses the effect of state-owned equity participation in driving innovation in the Meiya Pico.By constructing an innovation performance evaluation system,selecting appropriate secondary indicators from three dimensions: innovation input performance,innovation output performance and innovation environment support performance,and then using the entropy value method to analyse the innovation performance evaluation indicators in general,it concludes that the state-owned equity participation in the Meiya Pico enhances the ranking of corporate innovation performance and is conducive to promoting innovation in private enterprises.Finally,this case study is combined with the analysis to sort out the lessons learned for private enterprises that want to promote corporate innovation through state-owned equity participation.Firstly,it is important to select the subject of state-owned equity participation in a scientific manner before the state-owned equity participation.Secondly,the use of resources should be enhanced after the state-owned equity participation.Thirdly,it is necessary to differentiate management after the state-owned equity participation.
