Abstract/Summary:
Founded in 1990,Company J is an innovative and international enterprise with full industry chain,R&D,manufacturing,marketing and service,which regards as intelligent sanitary ware as its core products,and has been in the leading position in the domestic sanitary ware market for many years.In recent years,as the domestic sanitary industry gradually matured and the competition intensified,the sanitary market from the incremental stage into the stock stage.In order to adapt to the new normal of China’s economy and maintain an advantage in the industry competition,senior management of Company J put forward a digital transformation strategy,and the construction of information technology system was carried out one after another among various departments within the enterprise.However,due to the lack of experience in digital transformation,problems such as information silos and lack of information talents have arisen in the process of digital application of Company J,which seriously hinder the achievement of the digital transformation strategy goal of Company J.This paper focuses on a series of problems in system construction,business model and personnel management in the process of digital application in Company J’s sales business.Combining digitalization-related theories and analysis tools,this paper analyzes the problems in the digitalization application of Company J’s sales business in four dimensions: digital infrastructure,data connectivity and sharing,membership management model,and talent and organization model,and proposes a targeted digitalization application optimization plan based on the middle platform architecture.The system architecture is based on the business middle platform,and the whole process of sales business is opened up.With the data center as the core,the integration and sharing of enterprise resources is carried out.Establish a digital membership system based on customer data and realize a new digital marketing model.At the same time,we will increase the introduction and training of digital talents and promote the transformation of digital organization model.To truly achieve the strategic goal of transforming J Company from a traditional manufacturing enterprise to a digital manufacturing enterprise and pave the way for future digital development.
