In recent years,the global economic growth rate has been declining,coupled with the increase in geopolitical risks,the global economic growth rate has entered a low growth track.In terms of the domestic economy,the era of low RMB interest rates has arrived,coupled with the impact of Internet finance under the background of big data,the domestic banking industry has been hit by the triple impact of politics,economy and technology.In this context,after experiencing the stage of traditional and diversified,the banking industry has entered the stage of digital intelligence,and is once again facing the pressure of reform.As an important part of the reform model,how to build a scientific performance management system to serve and promote strategic management,and then promote the realization of strategic goals,has become the primary issue for bank managers to consider.Based on the traditional performance appraisal theory,and current situation of NB Bank,this paper analyzes the six major problems in the current process of institutional performance management facing data-driven,large-scale retail transformation bottleneck,integrated customer operation,marketing channel innovation and comprehensive risk management and control,and believes that the existing performance appraisal should be changed from short-sighted goals to long-term,establish a long-term mechanism of performance culture according to the change of strategic goals of the whole bank.Therefore,the current performance appraisal system of NB Bank should be comprehensively expanded,adding customer management,marketing channels,agile teams,differentiated operations,technological support and comprehensive risks.At the same time,take measures to ensure the efficient operation of the performance appraisal system,and strive to give full play to the incentive function and baton role of performance appraisal work,so that NB Bank can take the initiative in the process of market-oriented competition,optimize resource allocation,and promote cost reduction and efficiency increase.
