The Challenge Of Reverse Economic Globalization And China’s Response

Since the financial crisis in 2008,the world economy has been growing slowly and protectionism has prevailed.The "Indo-Pacific economic framework" promoted by the United States can hardly conceal its nature of counter-economic globalization,and the developed capitalist countries have shifted from being the flag-bearers of economic globalization to being the pioneers of counter-economic globalization.For this reason,analyzing the development direction of counter-economic globalization and finding the essential reasons behind it is an inevitable choice for us to correctly understand and respond to the problem of counter-economic globalization.Through the methods of literature analysis and theory to practice,this paper firstly identifies and defines the concepts related to reverse economic globalization,and from the perspective of Marxist theory,provides methodological guidance for analyzing the problem of reverse economic globalization by combing Marx’s world history theory,Marx’s thought on economic globalization and Xi Jinping’s important discourse on economic globalization.Secondly,it compares the time and manifestations of reverse economic globalization in historical nodes,and elaborates on the contemporary manifestations of reverse economic globalization in three dimensions: the escalation of trade protectionism,the return of conservative forces and the lagging global governance system,and analyzes the problems of trade wars,new types of barriers,destruction of integration cooperation and fragmentation of governance derived from reverse economic globalization.On this basis,the future trend of counter economic globalization is summarized through the dimensions of materialistic Dialectic,capital logic and human liberation value,so as to understand the transience and adjustability of counter economic globalization and strengthen confidence in dealing with counter economic globalization.Finally,based on historical materialism and dialectical materialism,we will scientifically investigate the nature of capitalism and its economic relations,and gain an in-depth understanding of the essential reasons behind the intensification of the basic contradictions of capitalism and the change of capital’s profit-seeking mode behind the reverse economic globalization.Through an in-depth examination of the real impact of reverse economic globalization,grasp the hazards that undermine the world economic order and affect world political relations,apply Marxist positions and perspectives from the theoretical principles and practical perspectives,firmly address the principles and attitudes of the reverse trend,use science as a theoretical guide,continue to adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the practical process of promoting a new type of economic globalization strategy,actively participate in In the process of promoting a new type of economic globalization strategy,we will continue to adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,actively participate in global governance,and promote the construction of "One Belt,One Road" and the Community of Human Destiny,in order to eliminate the hazards brought about by reverse economic globalization and provide Chinese solutions for global economic development.
