| With the rapid development of urbanization,industrialization and agricultural modernization,the diversity and regional characteristics of rural development become more and more obvious,and at the same time bring some problems,such as resource loss and functional decline.With the continuous development of social economy,an in-depth exploration of rural regional functions and their close integration with rural tourism will help optimize the allocation of rural resources,enhance the comprehensive strength of the countryside,and promote the sustainable development of the countryside.Taking Yuzhou City as an example,this paper uses literature research method and statistical analysis to obtain basic data of Yuzhou City townships,uses these data to establish a rural regional multifunctional evaluation index system and model,conducts a graded assessment of the functions of agricultural production,economic development,habitat security,cultural tourism and leisure,and ecological regulation,and conducts an in-depth discussion of the spatial differences of different regional functions.By studying the advantageous functional characteristics and future development trends of the region,we have developed a series of effective tourism village and township plans aimed at promoting sustainable growth of the local economy.Based on the above theoretical research development,driving the tourism economy of the surrounding townships in Yuzhou City is an indispensable part of Yuzhou City’s development,and the township economy cannot be developed without the support of government policies.With the help of the NRCA model and the county development plan,we can obtain an accurate spatially advantageous functional zoning of the county,so as to better achieve sustainable urban development.The main research findings are as follows:Through an in-depth study of Yuzhou’s rural agriculture,this study finds that Yuzhou’s production,economy,habitat,culture,leisure,and ecology are all important factors that promote its sustainable development.However,Yuzhou rural tourism still faces many challenges at present,and effective measures should be taken to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism in Yuzhou.As a guiding role,the Yuzhou government should take the overall picture,consider the development of rural tourism as a key tool to promote rural revitalization,introduce relevant policies to ensure the new development of rural tourism,introduce more professional tourism management teams to cooperate with local villagers,and promote the transformation of rural tourism destinations from traditional point-based to regionwide development models;establish a balance of interests among the township government,development teams,township residents,and tourists;and establish a mechanism for the sharing of interests.The mechanism should be based on regional cooperation,establishing and improving efficient,high-quality and pragmatic regional cooperation mechanisms for tourism,and realizing joint tourism regions,joint production and marketing,and policy coordination.Building a convenient internal and external transportation network is the basis of Yuzhou’s rural tourism development.Taking S319 and planning S321 as carriers,we will focus on greenway network construction,linking towns along the route and creating a unique Yuzhou characteristic mountain style town tourism ring.Further strengthen the linkage of scenery and villages,cultivate a number of rural tourism characteristic towns according to the theme of "one town,one product",create a collection of "characteristic industries,leisure tourism,modern agriculture,rural communities" as one of the high-quality characteristic rural tourism products,and strengthen the promotion of beautiful countryside Construction work.Make full use of the comprehensive communication capability of new media.Through the integration of various media and integrated publicity,the tourism industry group with cultural tourism as the core can gain more influence,thus forming a strong public opinion. |
