Tourism Development Of Tea Garden In Wu Garden In Yingshan County From The Perspective Of Tourist Satisfactionstudy Of Problems And Countermeasures

At present,many towns in China are emerging with the theme of tea and tea culture.Tea gardens,tea expo gardens,and tea culture-themed ecological tourism have become major components of local leisure tourism,achieving good economic and social effects.Hangzhou Meijia Home Green Tea Culture Pastoral Scenic Area is one example.Tea plays an important role in tourism,and the thriving tourism industry in China has brought new vitality to tea culture.Yingshan County in Hubei Province has been cultivating and producing tea for thousands of years.With its rich tea tree resources and profound history of tea consumption,Yingshan County has 15 towns capable of producing tea."Yingshan Yunwu" tea represents a famous local brand in Yingshan County and enjoys a high reputation in China.The brand value of this tea brand is estimated to be around 30 million yuan,and Yingshan Yunwu Tea is the main economic pillar of Yingshan.Wuyuan tea farm possesses unique,typical,rare,and ornamental characteristics of tea culture leisure tourism.It is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is an ideal place for tourism,cycling,and fitness.Additionally,it can integrate the concept of health and develop a leisure road suitable for tourism.This study adopts data analysis methods and questionnaire surveys to discuss the development problems and optimization measures of Wuyuan tea garden’s leisure tourism from the perspective of tourist satisfaction.It begins by introducing the research background and significance,summarizing and organizing domestic and foreign literature related to the importance of tea garden leisure culture tourism,the function design of tea garden leisure culture tourism,and the mode of tea garden leisure culture tourism.The research framework of this paper is then presented.Next,the basic concept of tea garden leisure culture tourism is defined,and related theories and research methods are explained.The basic status of Wuyuan tea garden’s leisure culture tourism development in Yingshan County and the domestic and foreign tea garden development experiences are discussed.From the perspective of tourist satisfaction,the Wuyuan Tea Garden Leisure Culture Tourism Tourist Satisfaction Questionnaire is designed and distributed to understand tourists’ satisfaction with leisure and cultural tourism activities in Wuyuan Tea Garden.The existing development problems are identified based on tourist satisfaction,and the causes of these problems are analyzed,providing clear directions for formulating suggestions and countermeasures.Finally,solutions and safeguard measures are proposed to address the identified problems.The main conclusions of this study are: It is found that tourists think that tourism quality,activity quality and infrastructure quality have important influences on the development of tea garden tourism,but the satisfaction of these three indicators is not high in the tourist satisfaction survey of Yingshan Mist Garden Tea Garden,which indicates the main core of tourists’ low satisfaction in the process of tea garden tourism in Yingshan.After further analysis,the author found that tourists were significantly dissatisfied with 14 sub-items of the above three indicators.This research result provides an important reference for this study to find problems,analyze problems and propose strategies.At the end of this study,the problems existing in tourism quality,activity quality and infrastructure quality are discussed by qualitative analysis,and thirteen optimization suggestions and three implementation safeguards are put forward.
